    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;G-day Esri forum&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need to produce a raster layer and classify las point data (X, Y, Z, intensity, etc) in a vector dataset (point cloud) by which cell it falls within/over.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone out there have any thoughts?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers again&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
