On the List By Source, there is no Change versions, like I would expect and what I experience in ArcMap. Only a remove, if there is no change versions then this button is a little overkill.

The button seems to work from the versioning toolbar, so at least there is a way, but it needs to be on the List By Source dialog as well. It needs to be consistent.

Cool, thanks and happy to help, just doing what I am suppose to do, so this is related to the GDB team, I still don't really understand how all your teams interact.

Well, that is my first attempt for help to answer that question. I am pretty sure the Versioning toolbar is for creating and syncing up edits to versions of an SDE feature database - so I figured those particulars better come from that team.
But again, it just could also be that at this time, the option was not enabled for 3D in that context menu drop-down.
