    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I converted a raster file to TIN and opened it with ArcScene. Somehow, the 3D file has extra values. The highest point in the map should be about 3600 meters but the map has elevation up to 16,000 meters ... I am not sure how this happened. I'll appreciate any input!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
