    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amit Kokje and myself put together a working prototype for the ESRI South East Asia Conference held in Auckland in 2012. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 2 necessary datasets were lidar and building foot prints. With these, there is enough 3D and Geoprocessing capabilities in arcpy to formulate the roof top delineation prediction algorithm. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the best approach / workflow to create roof model of buildings in some kind of automated (or semi-automated) process? What kind of dataset would be required- LIDAR is one possibility but doesn't have wide coverage. Any thoughts or recommendations on the above&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
