Says "Initializing Licence"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.ArcScene window opens as all white&amp;nbsp;named&amp;nbsp;"Untitled"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.Splash screen remains open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.Splash screen says "Initializing Application..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.ArcScene then says "Not responding"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you might want to try a 'repair'.&amp;nbsp; Windows control Panel, Add Remove Programs, select 'Repair'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might work to fix things without a full uninstall/reinstall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you have the 3D analyst extension toggled on (for ArcMap) and you have 3D data or data that you can view in 3D selected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it hanging or it isn't available to select? Not sure what you now mean by initializing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
