      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Michael,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Times tool or the Raster Calculator are the most straight forward options for doing simple unit conversion.&amp;nbsp; I suppose if you wanted to get fancy though you could make a mosaic dataset out of the data in decimeters and then apply the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/Arithmetic_function/009t00000046000000/"&gt;Arithmetic function &lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; to change your units on-the-fly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you ask for alternatives because you don't have SA or 3D?&amp;nbsp; My alternative method only requires ArcEditor with no licensing required for extensions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Eric&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
