Shape of obstacles are more complex than plain building. I tried to add as obstacle input features two types of data: 1. An extruded polygon (30m - Layer 3D to feature class) 2. A polygon extruded between two TINs. These two polygons are nearly the same but results of skyline tool are diffrent, in both cases I believe is not proper.
