I want to use the Sun shadow volume of 3D analyst but there are some errors and no result given out. </P><P></P><P>I try to import different data but there are errors that the sun shadow volume is not created.</P><P></P><P>As the building model that I had is a IFC model, I first import the layers of IFC model to create the shadow.</P><P>Second, I try to save the data of the IFC as a multipatch but it cannot works.</P><P>Then, I try to create a extruded building model then import it to do the shadow analysis. There is no result.</P><P></P><P>The result message are that the output feature class is empty and the error is 999999 that error executing function.
