I'm using Arc 10.2 and we have various versions of Adobe around the company but nothing seems to work.

Is there a 'How to' or guide anywhere. The best I have founf is from 2011 and talks about the need to have Adobe extended edition but it seems that this has been removed from the latest version of adobe.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Cramman

Hi Cramman,

After reading your message, I have tried to export arcscene project to 3d pdf. The result was 3D project with missing textures and parts of geometry. I've done it by using Quick export tool from Data Interoperability extension. I was trying to export data from extruded features, 3D layer features and collada files without success. Finally I've found alternative way of interactive presentation of ArcScene models outside the Esri software. I've exported data to .wrl file and opened it with FreeWRL viewer from http://freewrl.sourceforge.net/download.html. It's pretty simple application, without any special functions. I hope it will be good enough for you.

Thanks

Habzer

Recently I have found another way of presenting 3D project. There is Export to 3D Web Scene tool in 3D Analyst which allows to open this data in a web browser. After exporting you just need to import it in to your ArcGIS Online account and then you can share it.
