topic Setting distance, extent, and scale in ArcScene in 3D Questions

Does anyone know how to take different shapefiles with different native coordinate systems and set a similar viewing angle and distance for them in ArcScene.

I am trying to show the size of different metropolitan regions, but the data associated with what I'm showing comes from different shapefiles. I want to be the same distance away from the central point of the city and have the same extent and angle looking down on the city. I'm also extruding some features, so this is important for scale.

Thanks ahead of time
