      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;downloaded a free trial version and it wont open. clicked on cityengine 2016.1 see attached&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the set-up wizard never starts or enables me to activate the license&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/245154_pastedImage_2.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also having this problem.&amp;nbsp; It&amp;nbsp;opened the first time and I was able to go though the wizard but it did not succeed, now when I try to start it I have this error.&amp;nbsp; This is with CityEngine 2017.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you've installed CityEngine 2017.1, go to Start&amp;gt;Programs&amp;gt;Esri&amp;gt;CityEngine 2017.1&amp;gt;CityEngine 2017.1 Administrator.&amp;nbsp; In the ArcGIS Administrator, click on the CityEgine folder if not already selected.&amp;nbsp; For Software Product, select the option, Advanced Single Use.&amp;nbsp; Then Authorized Now.&amp;nbsp; Follow the authorization wizard.&amp;nbsp; Provide your evaluation code when prompt to do so.&amp;nbsp; This would have been sent to your email address.&amp;nbsp; Once completed, you can close the ArcGIS Administrator and start CityEngine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the application was not installed or installed incorrectly, download the software and try the installation again. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
