Stack profile - no data

I'm using the Stack Profile tool to create a Graph of 4 different rasters out one line.

There is 1 raster which isn't filled along the whole line.

Just the last part of the line contains data in that raster.

In the graph the three other rasters are representing good, from start till end.

But the half filled raster (yellow in the image below) should be on the right side of the graph (below the brown line).

I did check if the line was drawn from left to right (I thought that maybe was the reason, but it wasn't).
