Flow Accumulation-3D layer

Hi,

I have a 3D layer that was imported from Sketchup to ArcScene. I want to perform 'Flow Accumulation' on this layer, but the tool only support raster format. Can you tell me the exact process to do this.

Hello Nazmul,

Bring the Collada (.dae) file from Sketchup.

Using Data Interoperability extension in ArcGIS, convert it to polygon feature (multipatch).

Next, use Multipatch to Raster (Conversion Tool) to convert it to a raster.

Then you can go on with your Flow Accumulation analysis on this raster data.

Alternatively, you could bring KML (.kmz) data from sketchup.

Use KML to Layer (Conversion Tool) for converting it into multipatch.
