Now, I am thinking of moving them to ArcGIS Pro. Yet, after trying to play with some 3D data in ArcGIS Pro, I realized that I could not even find the options such as set base height and when I tried to extrude a 2D polygon, there is no reaction at all. I noticed that a big difference is that these old tutorial data have no projection, while ArcGIS Pro automatically assign a unit to the data. I am not sure if this is the reason why I cannot perform 3D data analysis using these old tutorial data.
