Problem with loading speed of SLPK

I am developing an application that load multiple SLPK in dot net C# (WPF). Each SLPK has upto 5 level of details (LOD). I am loading each of the SLPK from local drive (SSD). I have 16gb of RAM and a good Graphic Card, but still the loading speed of SLPK tiles is too slow. Can anybody suggest any wayout to fast the loading speed

A couple questions:
How did you create the SLPK? If using ArcGIS Pro, which version?
What type of scene layer are you working with? Scene layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
If 3D object, are they textured (ie photo realistic facades for buildings) or are you using a renderer? Approximately how many features are represented in the SLPK?

Hi Rex,

I have created SLPK using Pix4D application. The model contains golf course area , and residential buildings along with texture.

I have exported SLPK with low quality texture(512x512) and it still looks like loading from web instead of local pc.

Can you share me your email, so i can forward the slpk file.
