Annotation cells scale themselves based on the drawing scale. The organization uses annotation cells for about 80% of all the cells. I could convert them, but this is not desirable.</P><P><BR />Is there a way to have ArcGIS recognize annotation cells from Microstation?</P><P><BR />Also, I hope I published this to the right location.
