topic LAS files comparaison in 3D Mapping Questions

Hello, does anyone know how to compare two raw LAS files in ArcGis Pro ? The two las files does not contain the same points and are not in the same order. The idea is to to get the elevation difference. Then, is there a way to represent the elevation difference by using color grading ?

Thank you in advance

Hi Nicolas,

I'm not sure if there is a way to compare LAS files directly but you can generate DEMs and then compare their elevation using Raster Calculator.

I have used a workflow to generate shapefiles sets from different LiDAR datasets and then merge a point to a point, each from different dataset and finally calculate the deference in the merged points elevations in an additional column but expect huge data size of this workflow outputs.
