topic Accessing 3D city models data in 3D Cities / Campuses Questions

Newbie here. I have access to 9gb of data of a 3d model of a city (with imagery). I just wanted to play around with it, being relatively new to the field. The data is organised into over 200 folders, each containing 7 sets of files: (.mtl .obj and .jpg). Each set I think has data for a different resolution.

Can all this be somehow easily imported into any software, like ArcGIS Pro or Blender, or anything else?

Thanks!
