Replace WebAppBuilder with ArcGIS Experience Builder

Poll created by vwangesriaustralia-com-au-esridist Employee on Feb 23, 2020

The new ArcGIS Experience Builder (ArcGIS Experience Builder | Build & Deploy Web Apps , introduced in Dev Summit 2019) is another web app developing tool for users. It features the function to create once and deploy to both 2D & 3D maps and less code requires (or not event require to code).

It looks to me that most users that are using 3D web app will have high interest to use new ArcGIS Experiences as they might wanting more 3D related functionality and already base on 1.4.x JS JDK. However, the new ArcGIS Experiences has an attractive benefit that will require less code to create a web app.

To move the current web app builder to ArcGIS Experience Builder will need to re-write the existing widgets as they are

fundamentally different.

WebAppBuilder uses: ESRI JS JDK 1.3.x or 1.4.x (require to choose if use on 2D or 3D web app).

ArcGIS Experiences using React, ESRI JS JDK 1.4
