Hi Andy, Thanks for your response. Yes. I agree with you that 80 core CPU machine is an extreme scenario. However, we are expecting: 1) Init.js/dojo-lite.js files should be loaded only once irrespective of CPU cores. 2) This file is always loaded from server. It should be loaded from cache(from the 2nd time).

I generate a token using generateToken. I can retrieve the private feature layers with the token. However, I always get error response when I try to retrieve the portal/online items: {"error":{"code":498,"message":"Invalid token.","details":[]}}

I tried to query the feature service in the ArcGIS Online in my program. The code is implemented using Java. Read the following: "Tokens obtained by applications can only read public content and services. Although you cannot use an App login with private content, if your goal is to distribute or sell an app to organizations without ArcGIS Online (no named users), you may control access to your content by using your own login mechanism (I.e. Identity) to the app." at Limitations of App Login | ArcGIS for Developers I'm lost. Does it suggest that we can make the our content (map/feature services) accessible to the app but not to the anonymous users not using our app? Using the OAuth2 as an authentication, and we implement authorization using our own mechanism? Is my understanding correct? If so, how to configure the content as public but requires the App Login? Thanks!

I believe that ESRI uses web browser's locale for localization. Somehow my main page uses different approach for the locale. And the ESRI map view page is embedded as an iframe in the main page. Is there a way I can set the locale programmatically? Thanks, YZ

I used to set popupTemplate for each graphic (view.popupTemplate does not work) in version 4.4. Now it's broken in 4.5 and I don't know how to fix it. view.on("click", function (event) { event.stopPropagation(); var ext = pointToExtent(view, event.mapPoint, 10); view.popup.features = findPointsInExtent(ext); if (view.popup.features.length > 0) { view.popup.open({location: event.mapPoint}); } });

Hopefully it's my last question of this topic: if my customers also provides me the latitude and longitude, can I assume their spatial reference is Web Mercator or WGS84?

I am able to set initial extent with wkid 102100 var map = new Map({ basemap: "topo" }); var extent = new Extent({ xmin: -8499854.09025499, ymin: 4383842.034757545, xmax: -8429713.995449727, ymax: 4422987.654383438, spatialReference: 102100 }); var view = new MapView({ container: "viewDiv", map: map, extent: extent }); but I won't be able to set initial extent correctly with other wkid, like var extent = new Extent({ xmin: 940000.0000547133, ymin: 1160000.0002149716, xmax: 1100000.0002790727, ymax: 1370000.0002149716, spatialReference: 102671 }) });
