Gelisa, I was just reading that over. I am actually using the older, Network Trace widget. Wondering if the same would be true for that one as it is for the new er Isolation Trace Toolbox. I will give it a try and see if that helps me out. Thank you for the quick reply, Vanessa

Kyle, Can you clarify the last line about "Tools need to be copied to the server when publishing and not reside in a registered server folder"? Are you saying to push the tools to be hosted in the AGO cloud? I am having this same error message pop up and can't figure out what the heck I am doing wrong.

Hi Dan, Not topologies or geometric networks. it's an FGDB, so no versioning. here's a screen shot of what I am working with. For testing purposes, i copied the entire fgdb from the active production to a testing folder. I also attempted to do an export of the xml from the original fgdb and then import it into an empty fgdb. The results are the same. I also attempted on a copy of a totally random feature class, just to make sure it wasn't something specific to the fgdb. Still got the same error. one of the things I found to trouble shoot said to check the geometry on the features, I attempted that it threw the 000229 : Cannot open <value> error. Also gave the tools a try in ArcPro, same error messages. It's like Arc has decided it can't see the files.

I am getting an 000187 error when trying to truncate a table. I have permissions to the fgdb. the error is saying the tables must be in a geodatabase, so this is where I am confused, it IS in a gdb. I also know I have permission to the files as I created a test gdb to trouble shoot the issue. This tool was working three weeks ago just fine and now I can't get it to run!

Hi Derek, I am wondering how this would work if I am trying to migrate apps from one AGO Account to another. From what I have found, you can't change portals? BUt maybe you have a work around for this? I tried the suggestion above, but WAB Dev doesn't import the app in for me to then download. Background* our organization had two different AGO accounts, we recently entered into an ELA which means the users, content and apps all have to be migrated to the new ELA Account. I have been using the AGO Assistant to copy content over, however, when I try to import the apps that I have moved, I get an error saying you can't switch between portals or nothing happens at all even though it says the import is successful. Any feedback or ideas here would be appreciated. My plan for now is to create a "template" shell app on the new account and point to the migrated web maps. Thank you in advance, Vanessa

Hi Ismael, I tried your suggestion, however the GeoJobe tools don't let you copy between different organizations. We also attempted using the AGO Assistant, which works great for feature services and web maps, but it won't copy the forms. Has anyone else had to do this? Thank you in advance, Vanessa

Hi- I am trying to set up the Parcel Drafter widget. I am using it for something a little different from what it was originally created for, but when I tested the demo, it looked to be a possible solution. Staff needs to be able to create a legal description of a building foot print within a parcel. This is then used to create an assessment fee. When I found the parcel drafter widget, it looked like it might be the answer to what I was searching for. Staff could snap to the corner of a parcel and draw the outline, then be given the list of the traverse for the legal description. I can draw in the lines, but once I click the "Save" button, the lines disappear (unlike when I played with the demo app, so maybe I have something set up wrong behind the scenes??). Does anyone know how to keep the lines on the map, even if the polygon isn't complete? I can get the demo app to do this, and label the lines? (see second screen shot) what am I missing in the configuration or set up? Even having the labels help solve the problem I am working out for staff. Thank you in advance, Vanessa

Hi Philip, Do you know if this has been resolved since the original post? I have a survey that has a repeat within a repeat. It appears that the final data shows what I would like (meaning the feature attributes hold the data I had hoped when checking it on a web map- even thought the form itself shows the sub repeat as example, 4 of 4 instead of 1 of 2 - assuming I have 2 repeats on 2 original repeats). We are finding issues with submitting the survey from the web form. The form submits fine from a device and the desktop app, however. I have advice my end users to not use the web form for now, but am wondering if this could be part of the issue we are seeing. Thank you in advance, Vanessa

I am experiencing a similar issue to these mentioned above. I can see the survey in the list of "My Surveys" when on a device. I can launch it from within Survey123, but when I attempt to add a hyper link to a the Collector App pop up window and launch the survey from there I get the "Survey not Found...." at the bottom of the app. I can SEE the survey sitting up above in the list (its the one with the leaf icon), but the software says it can't see it. if I click on the survey from the list, it launches and I can fill it out- but I was hoping to have it launch from Collector and have a few fields pre-populate from another layer. I have checked permissions, settings and everything looks good. I am not sure why I am getting this and am hoping there has been a solution since the other users posted.

Hi Philip, Thanks for the reply. Yes, as far as I can tell the id is consistent. (see screen shot) I am signed in as the group manager, so I should have full permissions to do what I need to do and test things. again, the "Launch" in the Collector pop up does open Survey123, but it doesn't recognize the survey that I am calling (even though it's sitting right there in the app's pool).

did you ever figure this one out. I am having the same issue when I launch from collector (or web map) on both desktop and ipad. the weird part is that I can see the survey (the one with the leave called Open Space Monitoring), and launch/fill it out from the menu, but I can 'call' it from the link I created in the web map. Am I missing a permission setting somewhere? I had this working last spring just fine in another survey so I know that it works (I referenced the same links that were mentioned in the original post above). Thanks in advance for any help/insight you can provide. Vanessa

Thanks Katie- I will call support today and discuss the issue. It's very strange behavior and is inconsistent (I check a point and it's working fine then two days later it isn't working and giving me a pdf from across town.)

We are having an issue where we are having a mismatch between our facility point and the facility attachments (which are a pdf with details of the facility). When I am in an .mxd and using the data, the attachment files work just fine. When I launch our web app and search the same facility point, I get a totally different pdf then what it is supposed to be and what was showing up in Desktop. Has anyone else had this issue happen? Is there something simple I am missing in the pop up configuration or in the service? Thank you in advance, Vanessa
