This is a great new app that has a tremendous amount of potential. I have been creating test surveys and am running into an issue. The surveys are published and appear on the website and on the mobile device. I am able to collect results and send the surveys back; however, when I click view results, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Any insight or help is greatly appreciated Thanks Brian

All, I am working on a geoprocessing tool for Web App Builder that allows my end users to input an excel file, and the tool would plot the records on the map. The tool works great; however, the issue I am running into is the input of the tool. (See Image Below) I was hoping to have a Windows Folder GUI the same as you would find when running the tool within ArcMap. As you can see, there needs to be an easier way for my end users to input their excel file, via a GUI that opens up a directory to their files. Is this possible? Any helps, tips, or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brian

I have several feature classes that contain hyperlinks to plans, PDFs, pictures, etc. I am unable to to view these links while using collector on an iOS device; however, they seem to work fine when using the Android platform. Is this a known issue? Are others experiencing this? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Brian

I am looking to set up feature edit templates for an upcoming manhole inspection project. I have a handful of different consultant teams, working under different projects inspecting our manholes using the same "inspection form". This inspection form is a related table to the manhole feature class, and I would like to set up different feature templates for each team to auto populate several fields including project name, project I.D., company , etc. I am not aware of how to accomplish this using related tables or if it is even possible at this time. Any help, direction, ideas, or guidance is very much appreciated. The manhole and inspection from table is coming from our ArcGIS Server at 10.2.2 and we are utilizing ArcGIS online and Collector for Arcgis. Thanks in advance, Brian

I have created a single display operation view with the intent on allowing our users to open it on their Ipads. I believe I have followed all of the steps correctly; however, every time I attempt to open the view I receive the following error message: Item Not Found The item you requested cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect I can see the operation view without issues when opening through windows or directly from Operations Dashboard, the item is shared with my organization, and I have removed all third party add-ins with the view. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brian

When you have the tool open in ArcMap or ArcCatalog, drag and drop the .geodatabase file directly from windows explorer into the input of the xml tool. It should work this way. Thanks Brian

I am curious for this as well, for iOS along with Android devices. Recently, I had an issue where my field crews were out collecting features, stopped for lunch and turned of the device, when they turned the device back on, all of the maps through collector were gone, no maps stored on device. I was able to pull the work off of the device through windows explorer in the Arcgis_collector folder, but the data appears to be stored in one file called a GEODATABASE file, which originally I thought this was great but ArcCatalog/ArcMap nor anything will read this file. I'd really like a way to pull this information out without having to send the crews back out to repeat their work. In hindsight it would be wise not to turn off the devices before syncing your edits. I am currently in the process of transitioning our online feature classes from being hosted in ArcGIS online to our recently upgraded ArcGIS Server 10.2.2. We are currently utilizing disconnected editing for a number of our field crews and couldn't be more pleased with this new functionality. The next two weeks are reserved for testing this workflow in the server environment, however; I have recently published a service to our server and enabled sync capability, added it to our ArcGIS online feature classes and created a test web map with the data. When I go to test the workflow on an IOS device I am able to download make edits and sync without issues. When I go to test this workflow on an Android device, I receive one of two error messages, the first is an empty error message, the second states map has failed to download:gateway timeout. I am working from the same web map in both cases. The majority of our crews work with IOS devices but one major project is still utilizing Android Galaxy Tab3's. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brian

I would like to use the Find application template to search for parcels, resolution numbers, etc. However, the web map I would use to publish this application has same layers that are off by default, I would like to keep them off as my users would only like them on in certain situations. When configuring/using the Find application I have not come across the ability to turn layers on/off. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks Brian

I removed the basemap layer from the device, re-added the tile package for the basemap back to the device, downloaded the map again, and now it has been working fine. Not sure what the prior issue was ( probably user error;)) Thanks for the quick responses, will keep you posted if the issues arises again. Thanks Brian

No I have been trying to add features directly within the center of the basemap just to test out the functionality. I am unable to add a feature with my own basemap within the map, but if I download the map again(if the download works) with an esri basemap I am able to add points without issue. Thanks Brian

Thrilled with the new offline editing capabilities provided by ESRI. Sync Error: An error occurred while synchronizing edits. Empty username/password. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. - Brian
