Hi, I have one Polygon feature Layer in web page. now i want to perform cut operation with geometryEngine.cut method in dojo JavaScript. This is what i have done. 1 I add feature layer into the map. 2 I took geometry on event into a polygongeometry1 variable. 3 Then I draw a polyline with a draw widget and took its geometry into a linee variable. and pass it to a geometryEngine.cut method . but i receive this error cannot read Property _geVersion of undefined although both polygon and line geometries are there. Actually I want to cut a Polygon shape file temporarily and undo it.#cut polygon. I have no Idea what is wrong with it. Kindly help..

Sir, There is a requirement to give a unique ID to each features based on connectivity, and then later also assign a from-id and to-id to that feature, so that each feature could be uniquely identified. its format is- somewhat like this. GISID="towncode"+"assetcode"+"feederid"+"interger(unique autoincrement no.)".

Hi all, I have an Raw electrical networks layers.. such as substations, hightension cable, lowtension cable, meters, fuse and 28 others. I want to assign each feature a of each layer a unique ID, and then later need to have each features from-Uid and To-Uid to based on asset connectivity.. All I can think to solve this problem is by doing spatial analysis on each layer again and again, but this process is very complex and could take thousands of line of coding. Is there any alternate way to assign unique id to each features of electric network based on connectivity? kindly help
