I am also upgrading to enterprise 10.6.1 and then I will try to implement Esri Gas Utility Network. Let's see how it will go. Thanks Vinay

Hi, While sharing Gas Utility Network as a Web Layer, it is throwing error "Failed to publish web layer". The error in event viewer is as follows: "The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {3EEF301F-B596-4C0B-BD92-013BEAFCE793} and APPID {3EEF301F-B596-4C0B-BD92-013BEAFCE793} to the user UNET-DEV1\arcgis SID (S-1-5-21-1010502828-3021337828-3914310023-1003) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool." I looked for the solution and followed the steps given in https://www.kapilarya.com/fix-event-10016-error-the-application-specific-permission-settings-do-not-grant-local-activati… to take the ownership for CLSID and AppID in registry and then changed the permissions in DCOM Config. Still not able to publish the the web layer. I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.2 Thanks Vinay
