I am unable to find the event.stop method (to stop event propagation) in any of the ESRI typescript definition files. Does anyone know where this is defined or how I can use this method in my typescript implementation if it isn't defined anywhere? Thanks.

I have a selectiononly featurelayer and I am using the esri editor object to select features in this layer using a rectangle as the selection mode. The layer is a polygon layer. In the same map I also have a dynamic map service layer. This map service layer is the source of the feature layer but contains other layers as well. After I complete a selection, the polygon features are highlighted in one color. As I move the mouse over the selected features, they change to a different color. Any idea why it is doing this and how to stop it? Thanks

If I add an ArcGISDynamicMapService layer to my map and it references a map service on my arcgisserver that has a cache defined are there circumstances in which this wouldn't work? Does the server dynamically generate the image or does it pull tiles from the cache? Thanks.

The esriARSpatialRelationship enum contains the esriARSpatialRelationshipRelation constant but from what I can see, there is no where to specify the so called query shape IBE (Interior-Boundary-Exterior) relation in the ArcReaderSearchDef class. Is this constant unusable in ArcReader or is there some way to define the query shape relation?

I'm executing a spatial query using the geometry of a polygon feature using the esriSpatialRelWithin spatial relation to find out what feature it is contained within in another polygon layer. In ArcEngine I am getting 1 result and in ArcReaderControl I am getting 0 results - on the same map, same feature. I then tried using esriSpatialRelIntersects and I get 4 results in both ArcReader and ArcEngine. I take this to mean that my query geometry shares borders (because there are three other polygons that border the feature in the layer I am querying). But if that is the case why is ArcEngine returning 1 result when I use esriSpatialRelWithin? Shouldn't it return 0 results like the ArcReaderControl? The next thing I tried was using eriSpatialRelRelation (in ArcEngine) and I set the relation description to TF**F**** which I took off this page (http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/ArcGISDesktop/ArcObjects/esriGeoDatabase/ISpatialFilter_SpatialRelDescription.htm) which is supposed to be the equivalent of esriSpatialRelWithin and it returns 0 results. Can anyone provide some insight into this?
