I finally got my act together and have my caching tools easily accessible on ArcGIS Online. The first one is cache validation. You can get it here: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=13a763d49b694ea294f92673b49494e7
This cache validation script scans a cache for tiles of a specific size and reports any tiles that are smaller than that size. This is useful for finding white tiles or tiles of all one color. Be careful of false positives from roof tops or water. This tool will also show you where all your tiles are. This can be handy if you’ve done cache on demand or you just aren’t sure where you’ve built all your tiles. This one may take a little while to run as it makes web requests for all your tiles.
The Show Edits Since Reconcile Geoprocessing Tool is available here: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=3b6855f416fd4fddab58ab352947a909
This tool is good for finding out where features have changed in a versioned geodatabase. You can use the results of this to rebuild the cache just where your data has changed.
