I worked using private layer. So I can't show it imediately. I make or search another layer that contains Japanese to show you the problem as soon as possible. My private layer has Japanese both field name and attributes.

I can't carry out this program because the following error happens. Please tell me the solution. My feature layer comprises Japanese words. So this error may happen. In Web Appbuilder, is it possible to display attachments (ex PDF, word, excel...) to attribute table? First, I can put attachments into attribute table on webmap for ArcGIS online. But, when this webmap convert to Web App builder, these attachments disappear from the attribute table.

The system which I consider is as following. Please tell me the way to realize this system. Is it necessary for us to use "Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition)" to realize this system? First, there are about three hundred point in one layer on ArcGIS online web map. Each point have some attachment, for example word excel, and pdf. Then, the web map has query search function. When query search function is carried out, some feature is selected. That is, some attachment depended on these features is also selected. End user downloads these attachment simultaneously. specifically, the example is as follows. In this case, is it possible for us to download "f.pdf" and "r.jpg" simultaneously?

I understood that the workflow of the final user is very important. So, I consider attachment without ZIP file. It seems that it is easy for us to attach multiple file simultaneously. Thank you. 2018-06-19 22:04 GMT+09:00 Xander Bakker <geonet@esri.com>: GeoNet <https://community.esri.com/?et=watches.email.thread> Re: I'd like to know attachment of ArcGIS Online. reply from Xander Bakker <https://community.esri.com/people/xander_bakker?et=watches.email.thread> in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) - View the full discussion <https://community.esri.com/message/779781-re-id-like-to-know-attachment-of-arcgis-online?commentID=779781&et=watches.email.thread#comment-779781>

It should be noted I'm going to attach about three hundred files simultaneously by using geoprocessing named "Add Attachments" and "Generate Attachment Match Table". So I think it takes a time for me to make multiple key code for word, excel, and pdf. On the other hand, it is easy for me to make key code for ZIP file because the number of ZIP files is less than that of word, excel, and pdf.

As a matter of fact, I can attach several files to the same feature. However, if I don't use zip file, multiple files must have the same name. For example, if key code of the feature is "A", word file name is A.docx, excel file name is A.xlsx, and PDF file name is A.pdf because the file name must be the same as the key code name. If other way exists, please tell me the way. 2018-06-18 22:06 GMT+09:00 Xander Bakker <geonet@esri.com>: GeoNet <https://community.esri.com/?et=watches.email.thread> Re: I'd like to know attachment of ArcGIS Online. reply from Xander Bakker <https://community.esri.com/people/xander_bakker?et=watches.email.thread> in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) - View the full discussion <https://community.esri.com/message/779451-re-id-like-to-know-attachment-of-arcgis-online?commentID=779451&et=watches.email.thread#comment-779451>

Thank you for answering my question. I understand storage cost of ZIP is cheap. And I can use hyperlink to store zip in other cloud. I want to content excel, word, and pdf in the zip. End user work flow is as following. First, end user has surveyed same area for many years. At that time, end user has driven a car, and taken time of its speed. The speed data has been stored in excel format, word format, and pdf format. So, these data is related each other. According to this situation, I think it is necessary to manage these data all together. So I selected zip format. 2018年6月15日(金) 22:06 Xander Bakker <geonet@esri.com>: GeoNet <https://community.esri.com/?et=watches.email.thread> Re: I'd like to know attachment of ArcGIS Online. reply from Xander Bakker <https://community.esri.com/people/xander_bakker?et=watches.email.thread> in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) - View the full discussion <https://community.esri.com/message/779236-re-id-like-to-know-attachment-of-arcgis-online?commentID=779236&et=watches.email.thread#comment-779236>

I'd like to know attachment of ArcGIS Online. First, I know to attach zip file to geodatabase by using ArcMap or ArcPro. Then, I can upload this geodatabase on ArcGIS Online. In this case, the attached zip file is also uploaded on ArcGIS Online. Therefore, if the file size of the zip file is very large, many cresits of ArcGIS Online are consumed. The cresits is very expensive for me, so I don't want to use cresits as much as possible. I have a question about attachment in order to reduce credit consumption. Is it possible for us to save these zip file other than Arcgis Online, for example google drive, DropBox or amazon drive? In other words, I'd like to attach zip file to point data of geodatabase in Arcgis Online, and at that time, I'd like to save the zip file in google drive, etc. I don't want to put the zip file on Arcgis Online. Please tell me the way to solve this attach problem.
