Okay, so I double checked my timecost field and it is there and filled in. I created a new network dataset and added it to my map. So this is the ma p I got when I tried to have service area from the two stations 35 and 36.

I have a street shp file that I am using the ArcCatalog procedure to create a network dataset. I am not including elevation and have then set up the service area in Network Analyst and I usually get no answer at all when I use 3 minutes for the calculation. If you need additional information, please let me know. Thank you.

I am having problems with my Network Analyst. I have tried creating a new network dataset, and I either get no area at all or scattered area. I have run analysis on my dataset and it is clean, but doesn't seem to build correctly. What am I missing? Thank you.

I have a layer that I am using Definition Queries to display only the labels on my current view. Most are showing, but a few don't show the labels. I am not finding a problem with the data being different than the other data items that the labels are showing on. Any suggestions? Thank you. Joan

I am trying to set up a new network and I have created a street center line file that includes as one of many fields the to and from elevation for the points, but when I try to include them as part of the build it won't list the columns so that I can pick them. What do I have to do to the elevation fields to get them included? I had extracted the data from a dem, so the column names are Rastervalu and Rasterval_1. The fields do show as numeric datatypes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Joan

I have just updated to 10.2.2 and I have lost all my tools that were ETL's. I have all of the tools that were built as models, but my FME etl's are gone. Does anyone know where they might be or how to get them back? Any help would be appreciated.
