Hi Teri, unfortunately, I don't have the answer but I just wanted to let you know that we have the same issue. I reported the bug to customer care and ESRI declined the bug saying they were unable to replicate the problem and I should use publish to update my data instead. However, I don't know-how and we instead use AGOL for that task now.

Hi Katie, unfortunately no. If you don't have GTFS data you cant model transit accessibility. The only thing you can do is to model walkability/drivability by car or cyclability of the area. Cheers Rob

Hi Katie, you will also need a street network built in a certain way and GTFS data that should allow you to generate train /bus stations and routes. Hi Geonet! We have upgraded our GeoEvent to 10.9 recently and as a result the data flow stopped at the level of the filter processor. We haven't touched any settings or properties of the whole service or definitions or etc. Unfortunately, the documentation does not say anything about this and if I check filter processor settings it is set up as the documentation says. Have any of you encountered a similar problem? A restart of service did not work. Thanks a lot! Rob

Hi, community! We are working on a mobile app that is created with ArcGIS AppStudio and we are using an attachments viewer template. Everything works fine except the pictures in the media section of the app are kinda blurred and it does not look very professional. We tried to rescale pictures or change the format but it did not help. The pictures are high quality. In an instruction video of ESRI, it seems that their pics are blurred as well (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4_dpkh8l2w&t=223s) (4:13s) so it seems it is a feature and not a bug. I am right? Hi, we have a lot of notebooks on our notebook server that have scheduled tasks. Sometimes some of them fail and we have to manually check all to find out if some of them do. It would be really nice if there was some kind of reporting dashboard(could be very simple) that would show if there were failed tasks and if so which one failed. Cheers! Rob

Hi guys! I am a chief officer of Brno city arcgis hub and we are encountering the very same issues with some services hosted on our portal 10.8.1. Some of them are ok but some of them cant be downloaded at all or if they can be then the download file is not up to date. It is very strange behaviour as for some identical services, that are updated through api, everything works fine(though its large minority of them)We tried to identify with our customer support if there is any pattern that would explain the behaviour but we were unsuccessful and they have filed the problem with you esri us recently. Hi Esri, we have a site with custom domain datahub.brno.cz which we would like to remove to go back to the default HUB domain oursite-ourorg.hub.arcgis.com. After we remove the domain and hit the save button we get an error instead of the message of successful change. Please see the picture attached. Do you know where could be the problem? Hi, Today i had same problem and answer from Xuan did not help. For anyone having same problem on Windows 10, for me only solution was to switch off controlled folder access in Ransomware protection (Windows Security -> Virus & threath protection -> manage ransomware protection -> controlled folder access switch off). Hope it helps!

For every dataset appearing in the HUB catalog, there is a set of info displayed such as tags, rows, last updated, name of the dataset, and so on along with the user name of the person who published the data. However, it is displayed in its crude form - without spaces and special characters. It creates the ugly, unclear, and illogical name of the publisher such as mine spal_mmb or any other when you look to any other HUB of other cities. It would be great if you could give your user name alias which would be then displayed in the HUB instead. Thanks a lot! Take care Rob

Hi Thomas, thank you for your reply. That's great to hear! It's exactly what we would need. I would like to ask one more question though. Do you plan to allow uploads of zip files that have other formats than AGOL accepts? E.g. we have a zip file that contains pdf and .sav files and we are able to upload them to the data portal but only as a csv collection or any other options AGOL allows for. This, however, would be misleading as our zip doesn't contain CSV collection or any other format offered. Are there any plans to allow for just plain .zip file to be uploaded without the need to specify what is inside? PS. You are doing superb work with the HUB and saved our city a lot of pains! Hi there, we have a couple of documents stored in the ArcGIS HUB catalog along with the hub pages. Is there any way we could remove these hub pages from the catalog so they don't show up? Is there any way around the problem - showing documents but not hub pages? Is there any way to remove hub pages from the catalog altogether? It's just messing with the users. Thanks a lot! The current pages management panel in the editor gets very long and confusing when building complex hub site. It would be nice to have some kind of management system of pages like windows file and folder system. It would be useful to be able to nest some pages under other pages. The whole pages management system would get much simpler, logical and less confusing. Thanks!
