Same problem here...after many years still the same problem 🙄 ArcGIS Pro, very simple Polyline with two classes for different information. Label placement "Along line from start" for one... ...and "Along line from end" for the other. This is the result in ArcGIS Pro And this is Vector Tile on ArcGIS Online...same label repeated instead of two separate labels classes

Hi all, I've been trying to use Arcade to run some calculations in forms on ArcGIS Online. In a nutshell, I have to read the values of the upstream and downstream node of the line that I generate on the map. Here is my code, appropriately modified starting from this one hosted on esri-github repository: arcade-expressions/attribute_rule_calculation/CopyValueIntersectingFeature.md at master · Esri/arcade-expressions · GitHub Upstream node // Value to copy from the intersected feature
var intersecting_field = "IDCAMERE";
var paths = Geometry($feature)['paths'];
var FirstVertex = Point(paths[0][0])
// Create feature set to the intersecting class using the GDB Name
var intersecting_featset = FeatureSetById($map, "18697a2e245-layer-2", [intersecting_field])
// Intersect the edited feature with the feature set and retrieve the first feature
// var intersected_feature = First(Intersects(intersecting_featset, $feature));
var intersected_feature = First(Intersects(intersecting_featset, Buffer(FirstVertex,1)));
// Check to make sure there was an intersected feature, if not, return the original value
if (IsEmpty(intersected_feature) || intersected_feature == null)
{
return -99;
}
// If the intersected feature is null, return the original value
if (IsEmpty(intersected_feature[intersecting_field]))
{
return -99;
}
return intersected_feature[intersecting_field] Downstream node // This rule will populate the edited features field with a value from an intersecting feature
// Value to copy from the intersected feature
var intersecting_field = "IDCAMERE";
var paths = Geometry($feature)['paths'];
var LastVertex = Point(paths[-1][-1])
// Create feature set to the intersecting class using the GDB Name
var intersecting_featset = FeatureSetById($map, "18697a2e245-layer-2", [intersecting_field])
// Intersect the edited feature with the feature set and retrieve the first feature
// var intersected_feature = First(Intersects(intersecting_featset, $feature));
var intersected_feature = First(Intersects(intersecting_featset, Buffer(LastVertex,1)));
// Check to make sure there was an intersected feature, if not, return the original value
if (IsEmpty(intersected_feature) || intersected_feature == null)
{
return -99;
}
// If the intersected feature is null, return the original value
if (IsEmpty(intersected_feature[intersecting_field]))
{
return -99;
}
return intersected_feature[intersecting_field] But when I create a new line in Field Maps on a mobile device, script returns the first value of table "nodi" (my points) instead of intersected vertex with "current" geometry (my new line). And so what I get is a double insertion of the first value in the table. But when I open the same map in ArcGIS Online and edit this new line, the script works according to the expected behavior. Where am I doing wrong? Any ideas? Stefano

Hi, as I mention in the title, if you creat a chart based on a field with a coded domain, you will see code not description on x axis. Attached is a project to verify what is written above. Cheers Stefano

Hi all, just to point out that in web version 3.18, for field with a coded domain associated... and you have to edit an existing geometry with a web form, Domain is not honored Instead if you insert a new point, Domain is honored. Anyone else can confirm that? Thank you Stefano

Hi , you can verify if your layer has some attachment with ArcGIS Arcade: Count(Attachments($feature)) More detail here: https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/function-reference/featureset_functions/#attachments And then set your symbolgy with Arcade and some logic "if...then". Here a sample from Esri: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-assign-colored-symbols-to-attributes-using-arcad-000026986 Cheers Stefano

@MelissaSalich wrote: If I put the photos and comments in a repeat, it's difficult to get the photos out I know very well, but in fact in that post you can read also... For clarity, this is not to say that you should not include image questions within a repeat. For example, If you want to have a repeat and then add an image question along with a text question for a description or something else, that is all good. It is adding a repeat containing just an image question that should be avoided ...that is your question

Hi Melissa, for me the only way is to add a "repeats" question...and with this question you create a related table where you can add add a textbox for every image question. Cheers Stefano
