I am experiencing the same issue. Apart from operations, even firing up a new ArcMap session takes over 90 seconds time in 10.6.1 as compared to 10.4 approx. 10 seconds. Most operations take way long to finish and user has to wait a long. Frustration grows when after a long wait we decide to force close the session, it takes minutes and minutes to close. And when you open another session things remains the same. I guess added functionality to 10.6.1 caused s many interface/interconnected geo-processing issue, that need be addressed on priority.

Survey123 is meant for field data collection using set parameters and coded values (in the form) and final database stores the collected values. While synchronization to ArcSDE or FGDB it exports the data along with set domains , which is a big hurdle to synchronize data to pre-existing database because there is no way to add a domain to a connected (locked) sde geodatabase schema. Even if you export survey 123 data to FGDB, domains comes along. As an end product, we don't want to see the domains as long as the field values satisfies the survey collection. I am struggling to synchronize the data and see this a major issue. There should be a way to block the domains.survey123 attachments#

Thanks for help and support. I am doing the same, but didn’t succeed. Hope it’s an issue with server settings and privileges granted as an Administrator. Working out with IT to resolve the issue. Thanks Saini GS

Sunil Your process is very straight forward, but mostly Enterprise (server) based environments and volume of users connected to the service restricts the speedy processing. I recon, better to create a replica of your geodatabase locally, process and post back to enterprice. That's my way, and It's very handy. Cheers

I am working with OracleSpatial data management using enterprise ArcSDE connection. For incremental updates I use FME to create and upload the updated data to SDE that takes over the previous dataset. As most of the users stay connected, I am unable to delete/replace and update the data sets. So, is there a way to see the connected users to SDE ? If yes, can I stop the users access to feature datasets while I update ? Will that be straight through SDE or through Oracle service shutdown ? I used various resources, but in all cases certain administrative rights block the access. will appreciate the solutions.
