Talked with esri support today. The issue was that account was still associated with my employer AGOL org site even though it was disabled. I went ahead and delated that account from the org agol site and now it's back to being my "global, employer agnostic, public" account. All good.

My employer has their own organizational AGOL site. I've used my personal "esri global account" as my named user account in that site for years. Now we are migrating to our enterprise SAML/Okta logins for our AGOL named user accounts. I've gone into our org AGOL site and disabled my old global account named user and now I can't do any of my traditional esri online activities such as my.esri, register for the UC, etc... since those activities are tied to my global account. I get a login error that says, "your organization has disabled that account". My question is, how can I reclaim that global account and not have it hooked to that org AGOL site and be disabled for all my esri activities? What happens if I actually delete that named user? Will my esri global account go away? I really don't want to lose that account that I've had, employer agnostic, for decades. That's the account I use for my esri community posts as well. Don't want to lose all that. Thanks.

I'm having this exact issue as itemized in your "steps to replicate" post. Is the only workaround to use your arcgis pro suggestion or is there any other way?

I was able to get this working pretty well but not great using relationship class for the points and related table. It's not all that end-user-intuitive though. If you click a point, there's a link at the bottom that says, "show related records". When you click that it opens the related records table. That's all fine and dandy for us techy types but for anyone else (many of my end users), that wording is obfuscating. Would be so nice if esri would allow us in the pop-up configuration to modify that wording to something case specific like "Documents for this septic permit". Anyway, here's a link to the web map. Click a point and see the attributes for the point itself, and a "show related records" link that opens the related record table view. https://larimer.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=f647d06d5bd3464390934497ac376c86

Hello, I'd like to create a point feature class where each point may have one or more web hyperlinks associated with it. I'm thinking something similar to how attachments work, but instead of actual photos, docs, etc... I just want the user to be able t click the point in the web map and then, in the popup, have the typical field values (attributes) but then be able to click one or more hyperlinks associated with that feature. To make this happen, I have a spreadsheet with lat/longs for the points and associated fields... but then I have another spreadsheet that has the "featue ID" (which is also in the first spreadsheet) and then a column with hyperlink strings. There may be multiple rows with the same feature ID but a different hyperlink. I want to be able to bring in both sheets as a point feature class that allows the user to click the popup and see (and be able to click) the multiple hyperlinks for that feature. Can the "attachment" functionality do this? Do I need to do a feature class and a relationship class? Would that work well in a web map? Thanks much.

Removing the host name in the binding setting solved it for me too.

Still a super annoying issue as of 10.8.1. Does anyone know if there's traction on this?

Hello, Are there any options to create embed-able web maps that are time aware and that allow for time parameters to be set in the URL or at least have the "time slider" embedded and visible? For example, "last two weeks", "last month", etc... x (x)

I'm attempting to do the same (or similar) but am stuck. I'd like to use VS Code as my python IDE as well as Jupyter Notebook env but can't figure out how to get it working. I have ArcGIS Desktop 10.7.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.4 installed on my windows pc. When I fire up VS Code, I'm only presented with what look to be the 10.7 Python interpreters and not the Pro one, which is what I need. How do I get VS Code to recognize the Pro (python 3) interpreter. I've tried putting in the path to the python exe into the settings.json file for the python.pythonpath setting (C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3) but it doesn't like it and reverts back to the 10.7 path. Does anyone have the right sauce to get this working?

Currently in ArcGIS Monitor, once an alert is created, the user has to delete and recreate the alert if they would like to alter the criteria threshold. For example, if I have an alert, "processor usage > 90%"... if I want to change that 90 to 80, I have to recreate the alert and delete that old one. Would be great to simply be able to alter that value in the existing alert. Also, currently if the user doesn't want to get alerted to this or that alert, they have to delete the alert. Would be great to be able to disable/enable existing alerts. And furthermore, be able to enable/disable them based on time periods... For, for example, If I don't want to get alerted at midnight when my map services all restart, disable those alerts for 30 minutes after 12:00 AM.

Would like to See updated, revamped email notification formatting. Specifically the subject line. Currently every alert subject line has this uninformative text, "ArcGIS Monitor XXX Alert for YYY" xxx = level of alert (warning, severe, etc...) yyy = Collection name Would like to see the actual issue in the subject line. Sometimes I get many of these at a time and scanning through the titles and subject lines doesn't yield any meaningful info. First off, I know these are from ArcGIS Monitor because of the "from" line... so we don't need "ArcGIS Monitor" in the subject line... Something with either the counter name or the notes in the title. "High CPU Usage on My Server". Even better would be to allow users to format their own emails. Much like we can do in AGOL to configure popups. Give us access to the item fields, "Level", "Name", "Type", "Counter", "Value" etc... and allow us to put together our own email templates. Thanks, -Royce

Oh man, this would be so great!!! As it stands, I've disabled all the cpu load alerts because they do frequently spike at 95+%. If I could configure Monitor to only alert me when they spike for x minutes... that would be a godsend. x (x)

I think what I'm wanting is the same as this idea. Before I fired up and configured Monitor I did all my ArcGIS Server monitoring via Windows Performance Monitor. There are counters available in there that I would LOVE to have via Monitor. For example, I'd like to be able to alert on "active requests" (\\server\w3svc_w3wp(_Total\Active Requests) and "current connections" (\\server\Web Service(Default Web Site)\Current Connections) for web adapter web server. These two metric are indispensable to knowing the health of my AGS sites. If I could be alerted when my "Active Requests" go over say 30 or so (indicating that incoming requests are not being fulfilled and are piling up at the web server), that would be a huge help in getting to the affected system in a timely manner to start troubleshooting. x (x)

I'd like to second this idea. Our map services recycle at midnight every day. From 00:00 to about 00:30 I get a barrage of email notifications that I promptly delete. Would be great to tell Monitor to exclude certain times of the day on alerts. x (x)
