Is this a new improvement or were we missing something all together?! This looks good!

Did you find your answer? Should be achievable in "Fields" (under Data, Design), double-click the three dots in the field Make sure to hit "Save" in the new Fields tab (upper left), before closing the Fields window. PS - I just ran through this as I was working on something completely irrelevant, so my measurements are now in percentages (which make no sense), but it's the proof of concept that matters.

I'm unsure of the performance hit after a certain amount of maps. I will say that my group of GISers has leaned on ArcMap until Pro really kicks off a better way to organize maps. Like you, we thought of the multiple projects, but that gets really confusing when dealing project portfolio management.

Thanks, Dan. I noticed that ESRI has a Military Tool, in particular it has a conversion tool, but none of them actually convert to the FAA format. Thanks again!

Is anyone aware of a tool/script available to calculate the proper Latitude/Longitude values for any FAA obstruction evaluation submittals? The specific format is in bold below. Latitude (DD-MM-SS.SS) Latitude must be in NAD83, numeric, separated by hyphen and must be entered in whole numbers as degrees, minutes and seconds to the hundredth of a second. Note: If you do not follow this format specifically your import will fail to load your project Must be positive integer. 2 digit-2 digit-4 digit (2 digit decimal 2 digit) DO NOT LEAVE BLANK Longitude (DD-MM-SS.SS) Longitude must be in NAD83, numeric, separated by hyphen and must be entered in whole numbers as degrees, minutes and seconds to the hundredth of a second. Note: If you do not follow this format specifically your import will fail to load your project Must be positive integer. Up to 3 digits-2 digit-4 digit (2 digit decimal 2 digit) DO NOT LEAVE BLANK Thanks,

Providing a feature in the Project Contents to allow a user to organize their Maps would create more room for ArcPro implementation within a teams workflow structure. This could be a similar platform to Window Explorer where a user as the ability to create folders as well as see the last time a map was modified. Subsequently, a dynamic text referencing the map location within multiple folder would be of great use as well. Fingers Crossed! PS - My team's current ArcMap workflow contains multiple .mxd files within tiered folder locations for each development project with a .mxd document path file reference in the layout. Our workflow transition from ArcMap to ArcPro would be almost full strength should the map organization become better in ArcPro.

Can someone explain to me where a Project's Maps are saved in the Project files? If I have a Project with multiple Maps designated to the particular development project, how do I ensure the items in that Map are being saved as is? Say I want to close the Map, where is it saved? I would think the .mapx file would be the answer, but that is only as good as the last time someone manually saved the map. Also, is there a way to manage the maps in each project? For example, if I want to save a map in the Apples folder, and another map in the Oranges folder - but all are associated with the same Project. Thanks to anyone!
