I don't think any other version is supported. Esri stopped any development on that version a while ago, focusing on M365 instead. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to get it to work on the older products. I spent a lot of time trying with Office 2016 and could never get it to work.

This is probably not the solution you're looking for, but I have largely replaced any sort of slides with story maps. To take advantage of some of the smart graphic capabilities, I may stage some content on slides first, then export individual slides as image to add to my story. I choose story map formats that I can easily navigate through during my presentation. I've come to prefer it, since I can easily send the link after my presentation to the attendees, and they have all my content.

Your instructions specifically mention Portal for ArcGIS, and my scenario is a AGOL story map. I don't find this in AGOL story maps. I don't think I have a collaboration with this org, but I might be able to set up one.

I have a lot of AGOL content that I'm featuring in a story map, but some of what I want to include is coming from outside my organization. My choices when embedding a map are "My Content", "My Favorites" ,"My Groups" "My Organization" and "Living Atlas". The best way of including another org's content is not obvious to me. I've tried adding that content as a Favorite in my org, but that isn't making it an option when I go to embed. I have been choosing the option </>Embed under media, and plugging in the URL of the other site. This works, but in use, it's adding a block instructing "Click anywhere to interact" which isn't appearing on any of the applications I've referenced local to my org. I'd prefer to have consistent prompts and behaviors for all the maps I have embedded in my story map. What am I missing?

We're seeing the same issue in all our surveys, and we use this functionality a lot. Esri please fix this!

Along these same lines, there ought to be an option to return data by entering an address, rather than requiring a mouse click on the map. Perhaps this could be a configuration of the Search locator? Many of our users complain they expect to get information when they enter an address, rather than just having the location identified by change of the map focus, and adding a pin. You can enter an address, but have to click still to get information at the location - really?!

As a member of a large organization, when we purchase new licenses or subscriptions, the role of administrator, user and purchasing agent are 3 different people. As a central GIS office, we administer multiple accounts, and I am primary contact for all of them. An agency makes a purchase for a new user, and right now, the only way I can tell when a purchase has been completed is to periodically visit myEsri and watch for new transactions. This is quite inconvenient and there has got to be a better way to handle this. What would be helpful is an option to have an email generated for certain activities, like new purchases, that are going on with myEsri. That way not only would I know when new accounts and subscriptions are available, I could also see when our maintenance is fully paid. I receive notices when bills are due, why not when they are paid as well? Currently I believe notification goes to the user or the purchaser, but I never see or hear about these, because they assume that the GIS office is surely being notified as well. That leaves us with daily, twice daily visiting myEsri to look at the dates of recent transactions.

I know this is an old thread, but I'll add that we have been running a License Manager on a PC for years, not on a server, and that has worked just fine for us. We used to have it running on its own server, but realized that wasn't necessary. We are a large organization, and our users are spread across a wide area, not just in this building, and it's still fine.

This is a projection issue, not a conversion. I wouldn't trust a spreadsheet that had this built in, your results will not be right. UTM coordinates are a projection, lat/long are not projected.

You may get an elaborate answer about creating and hosting your own tiled map service, to use as a background. Although that is a correct, technical answer, it's not all that realistic for most users. We have the same issue ourselves, and have to live with maps that are way too zoomed out, which we've decided as preferable to too far in.

Are you using an Esri base map as your background, I assume? The scale thresholds for each "zoom" are based on the tile structure these backgrounds are created under. You will have no fine grained control for a slight variation when using these as your background.

I was trying to use it specifically for a banner with a background image, trying to get the height right. I'd like the height to show the full image, and of course it crops it to match with the amount of space the text needs. This example helps. I knew I was missing how it fit together.

I want to make a few style changes on my site, and I can't figure out how to use the row CSS class. I know some HTML/CSS/JS, but I'm not sure what syntax I need to use the optional Row CSS class. The tip of "This advanced setting is useful for targeting this row for your CSS rules" doesn't help me one bit. This is for a basic Hub page (not premium, just a regular Hub in AGOL).

We're exploring any options that give us the combination we're looking. It's pretty common in our world that people don't want to make the data available, even though all the same information is presented on the apps or dashboards. There's always that concern that something bad is going to happen. I assume if the app needs it for popups, etc, it's going to have to be something that's not hidden? All content is within our ArcGIS organization, and traffic from arcgis.com is not something you can limit, correct? I'm pretty sure the answer is "you can't do that", but I needed to ask.

I know this is counter intuitive, but we are being asked if we can limit access to the underlying feature layers on a public facing web application. I know the first thing that gets checked is whether or not the data is also shared to the public. The requester doesn't want that, they only want the public to get to the information by way of the application, and nothing else. Is there any way to prevent the public from navigating to our underlying data and using it in it's more raw form? Perhaps having some sort of group set up? All we've managed so far is to keep people from downloading it.
