When submitting survey data via web form I'm receiving errors: In Chrome — "Failed to submit. - Cannot read property 'json' of undefined" In Firefox — "Failed to submit. - r.featureServiceJsons[e.id] is undefined" Surveys were created in Connect. Submission is working from the Windows Survey123 app. I've created test surveys from the advanced template with no changes and do not receive the error, so something in my questions is causing problems, though web submission has worked on these surveys previously. Survey is here: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/2f7003bd34c14d38b97d903e869ec644 Any ideas for how to get web surveys working again? Thank you, Steve

Hi James, Thank you for the quick response. I'll keep an eye on the AGO Health dashboard and will re-evaluate these problems when all services are operating normally. -Steve

Survey123 is returning many errors when attempting to enter data in the web form, edit settings, change share settings, view the entered data, and even view the feature layer in AGO. My team needs to enter data this week, and I don't know how to even begin resolving these problems. When entering data, the You cannot submit records to the survey since you are not field worker or the survey owner. message is displayed at the top of the page. This has been recreated in multiple browsers on multiple computers (including several that have previously been used with this survey, and several that haven't). The discussion here seems relevant, but due to additional errors received when trying to implement this work-around that this isn't the root of the problem. I'm also unable to access any of the survey settings, or view the collected data (I'm receiving endless loading bars for both pages). This has been confirmed in both Safari and Firefox. Loading the feature layer created by the survey in AGO is also throwing errors. Unable to load https://services.arcgis.com/F7DSX1DSNSiWmOqh/arcgis/rest/admin/services/service_698b3bfd2f954304b0a4034f54be19e4/FeatureServer/status?token=0SfZt30znkWGE14wFdzp-ehyYsratzhpsmUYIj3o76cd9gWrRx0G8pl9q5ZvHcI7THvWTOIdmPDMLwobsk4Fdup13I0CVf7zvbfhzemBe9UZw414eBz4Vkxc9PcMb-byM2hyF4WMTPhJuoBObLpPNK5OX9OlzP3zL7MG-E4MEprJUpQKFNAQ8H1eLYXfd3h412uQgejhuJ1JK5dvSJyIEwvbqy-Ze-bTnk8RWTWSIq7vBKxzQ1D_l0dbnQfgU0Ib&f=json status: 0 I'm also unable to create a new survey. I receive this error when creating a new survey: Unable to create a new survey. {"code":-1,"message":"","isTrusted":true} These errors are new in the last week, and no changes have been made to the survey since it was last working. survey123_for_arcgis

Previously I encountered this error in 10.1. Disabling background geoprocessing from the "Geporcessing Option Dialog" as jckbeers recommended allowed processing without the errors. I recently installed 10.2 without including the 64 bit background processing module. All processing tasks were successful. Today I installed the background geoprocessing module and received this error on the first processing run after installing the module. After disabling background geoprocessing all processing tasks are successful. Currently using an advanced license from a remote license server.
