And same here: no VM, memory at 90% capacity, and often CPU usage peaking towards 100%. Stopping services does not make a difference. RJ Oh, and I noticed that stopping the ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Web Applications Manager brings down memory use from 9Gb out of 10 to 1.6-ish. Turning them back on doesn't bring them right back up, but CPU is close to 100% and memory is creeping up pretty fast... RJ

Hi Steve, What I have done in the past with a situation like that was the following: - create a graphic box that has the six items displayed as symbols, as part of that graphic (think of a small table with two columns and three rows, having 6 boxes each representing one of your six features) - once you have this basic graphic, create copies of it for all combinations, highighting the options in the 6 boxes that have a number rather than a zero - create a column in your attribute table that brings the 6 categories together (ie 100110) - symbolize this new column with your newly created graphics this would show every point with the same base graphic, but highlighting the options / features that apply. Let me know if this makes sense, or I can see if I can dig up a visual example. RJ

hi all, my understanding is that ArcGIS Online runs on Amazon Cloud Services. Is it possible to request certain regions to be used in Amazon cloud services? I am not too intersted in hosting "on premises" and if our data can be stored in non-US region (say for example Ireland) I would make make clients a lot happier. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Robert

Hi, May I know what I should do to let me share something within certain groups but not with everyone? Should I pay to make my account private? Thanks! Tao Tao, other than getting a subscription, you can get a trial subscription for ArcGIS Online for Organizations, rather than the personal subscription. Robert

Interestingly enough today I was able to share maps only with Groups again. It almost looks like ESRI changed it by accident (?) and turned it back to the way it was. Anybody else had the same experience? RJ

Mr. Borchert, Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, the door is closed. Policy change. No new secure maps can be added to an existing group and no new group members either. New groups are public. New maps are either Not shared or Shared with everyone. How long ago was it you were able to change your share setting from "not shared" to your secure group? Jim I think this is the same issue I ran into in another post, where I want to share a map only with a specific group. Does anyone know more about the possible change in the ago service? RJ

Hi, I have been trying to create a pop-up in AGO that uses a stored URL in a table field as a link. For example, I have a feature class that has a field called picturelink (text field) containing URLs of pictures as text. In the AGO pop-up I want to configure a link to these pictures with URL = {picturelink}, rather than manually typing the URL. This does not get accepted in AGO, but it does work that way in Explorer Online pop-ups. Is this a known fact with a reason behind it, a bug in AGO, or just 2 different ways of doing things? Thank you, Robert
