I'm in the same situation. It works in ArcGIS Pro Geoprocessing but analysis.SummarizeWithin in arcpy no longer works at all. Tried defining the projection, with or without the summary table, in memory and on disk, result is always ERROR 100014: Summarize Within failed. I'm on 3.1.3 worked fine prior to updating

Yes web adaptors for portal and server. I can access portaladmin through the portal web adaptor and server manager works through the server web adaptor. I get the same Page not found error using the :7443 FQDN URL for portal. The redirect was from the Default Website I wanted it to redirect to the portal web adaptor, that's when this all started

Enterprise 11.0 I tried to set up a redirect in IIS 10 (windows server 2022), it broke my portal it now says Page not found Type: Status Report Message: The requested resource [/arcgis/home/] is not available Description: http.404:The requested resource [/arcgis/home/] is not available Portal for ArcGIS /arcgis/home/ also gives a HTTP Error 404 I've turned off the redirect in IIS and looked through the IIS config files. I've restarted IIS, the Portal services, the whole server. My ArcGIS Server still works and I can still get into portaladmin, though it seems to think everything is fine. I looked at the log and it says The portal has been initialized and configured but is not accessible. The internal portal database does not appear to be running or accepting connections.

I now just drag the error window off the screen and keep working. Everything still works including Table to Excel Geoprocessing Tool. It's been years now I guess its not high on the priority list.

ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and I regularly get this repeating error if ArcPro is up for a long time. Only thing that will stop it is a full restart of the PC.

Currently there is no way of adding a hyperlink to an ArcGIS Report. Would be amazing to add dynamic hyperlinks based on field attributes but even static hyperlinks would be a big improvement. @AlyDoesGIS I'm currently working on a "page per attribute" report that exports to PDF and want to include links to USDA soil descriptions, fema flood zone descriptions etc

Support says there's a bug, "BUG-000102658 - During the installation of Portal for ArcGIS, when specifying the Portal for ArcGIS service account, the following error message displays: "Username is longer than 20 characters" if the combined length of the username and the domain name is longer than 20 characters" but I can't see this on the bugs page.

I found a workaround, in Services, open the Portal for ArcGIS service's properties and rewrite the user name as domain\username and retype the password, then repeat this for the server and datastore services and restart them all. Builder will now use that as your username instead, hopefully its less than 20 characters as it was for me!

The original username is still the same and exists but I set portal's identity store to use only active directory for logins so to my knowledge without breaking this there's no way to log in as that original account I created during installation

Apparently this also happens if I try to update a server program individually. Seems wild that I can't find anyone else who has run into this

I'm trying to upgrade my ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.7 to 10.7.1, which I thought would be simple since my install was through Enterprise Builder. I opened the builder, it finds the correct install directory then it asks for my password for the ArcGIS Enterprise Account using my windows login...username@myorganization.domain.com the problem is this is well over 20 characters which is apparently the limit the builder will accept, is there any way around this? It will not let me change the username and I have tried shift + run as. I do have my portal setup through active directory identity store, but I thought ESRI would take that possibility into account

I've tried it in Chrome and IE it is 16x16 and I've used this ico on another IIS web server and it works fine, I can go to <URLroot>/favicon.ico and it comes up but <URLroot>/portal/favicon.ico throws a 500 internal server error edit: I came in this morning and its working now no idea why it didn't yesterday but maybe it helps to restart?
