Yikes! That seems horribly inconvenient for any workflows with the desktop application. I've had to send out notice of your workaround of entering the URL in the survey search bar to my respondents for those who are unable to access via the direct application call format arcgis-survey123:///?itemID=

I feel like I've seen a sudden increase in the amount of time required to navigate through survey management via the https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys URL this week - response counts are slow to appear on thumbnails, navigating through the overview, collaborate, analyze, and data tabs requires more loading wait time, and a simple results URL for a single question has extended wait as well. Is anyone else feeling similarly so far this week?

Also experiencing this with survey form published with version 3.13 of Survey123Connect. Survey forms published with earlier versions seem to continue to function as expected. The service layer used for the Map Viewer returns no data visualization and examining the data table yields the "Accessing data failed" error.

You could try having a CSV with all 58 options and an additional column for a Yes/No "AskQuestionB" variable. Then after the respondent selects the answer for A, have a hidden question with a pulldata to grab the Yes/No value of "AskQuestionB" and then make the actual question B relevant based on that hidden value.

Looking for any additional insight as to why the pulldata function appears to work properly within Connect, but seems to fail to pull data when viewed in browser. I don't appear to have functions within the pulldata which seems to have been a cause of many other similar questions, so I'm at a lost currently. Appreciate any help!

Hi Phil. You said above: The other option is to launch the custom URL from a HTML file attached to the email, which we know will work. Recently, this functionality has stopped working for me, at least on Apple device's mail application. I can press the link, but it does not trigger the Survey123 app. It does the same thing when I long press and press Open. The link works in the email body, but not in the HTML attachment. My link looks like: arcgis-survey123://?itemID=xxxxx&field:License=xxxxx where I am prepopulating the field License. Any thoughts?

We are in the review phase of our survey and are having field staff check submissions that were flagged for further review. The survey is batched into 'Areas' and distributed to the various field staff personnel. The instance name of the survey is concat (${Area}, "-", ${Num}) which would display as 405-7 for the seventh location in area 405. We have a field staff member reporting that when they filter the Sent folder and search by area '405', the correct instance names appear for the area, but upon selecting a particular displayed record '405-7' another record the staff member completed is opened from an entirely different Area, '406-12'. The staff member reports records from Area 105 opening as well during a search for '405'. We had the staff member confirm that both not using a search filter and searching the full '405-7' instance name opens the correct record. Has anyone else encountered this, and is there any explanation as to a cause?
