Greetings, I am trying to run this same type of operation to remove the last added graphic to the map but my code isn't working. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction for correcting it? $("#btnRemovepoint").click(function () { // alert("there were " + obsPoints.length + " points."); clearPointForm(); obsPoints.pop(); view.graphics.some(function (graphic) { if (graphic.attributes["Name"] == "selected-" + lastObjectID) { view.graphics.remove(graphic); return true; } }); // todo remove last point graphic // todo remove last point from input table });

I am new to writing java script from scratch so bear with me. I am trying to have a button in my Web App Builder dev edtion custom widget, open and link to the existing "Add Data" widget that is provided out of the box by ESRI. I have this code in my HMTL: <button class="action-button esri-icon-add-attachment" id="btnUpload" type="button" title="Upload Muliple data points!"></button> That i would like then behave as opening up the ADD Data widget so that i can have the built in workflow of mapping and adding my data from a csv file to my application and in built map. If not link to this existing widget, that is the functionality i am going for at least. Just looking to have the ability to upload a CSV file in my widget and add its contents to my application map and added to the existing array of points. Any help in this is appreciated. I have looked at this blog post (https://community.esri.com/t5/web-appbuilder-custom-widgets-questions/web-appbuilder-open-in-panel-widget/td-p/878141) but wasn't able to figure out how to coform that to the Add Data widget specifically in my html or js.

Robert, Great tool as always. I am a bit new to modifying and standing up alternative versions of this widget so apologies in advance. If i wanted to hard code my values like you did for Louisville zoning and or Traffic cameras, so that if i deployed this out on portal, it would have all the values and expressions built into it already, how would i do that? I assumed i would just replace the layers in the main config.json file and make sure my layers are sourced correctly. I did this, adding them as a test to below Counties in lines 559 but not seeing anything reflected in my app that is running locally. Mind you, i updated my code to point to the esearch widget that was placed here: local c drive\arcgis-web-appbuilder-2.24\ArcGISWebAppBuilder\client\stemapp\widgets. Is there some other step i am missing in order to get this to work with my own parameters and rest service end points? Any help is appreciated, as always.

Great tool! I was wondering with this workflow, is there anyway for when you search by values and pan to those values, to have certain rest services display on the map? My use case is airports. I am using the search by value, which i configure to be the attribute name of the airport. As it returns the result, on top of paning to that result, i would like to call certain layers from a previous published map rest service to then display on the map. Is there any straightforward way to accomplish this? I currently don't have that layer on my map in the web app builder environment and looking to call it in on the fly. If its more easily accomplished by calling on layers in a published web map or something like that, i can easily go that route too. Just looking for some guidance on how best to accomplish this.

Greetings, I have worked with Github source code for the last few days, added the code to my web server where portal is installed, configured the index.html with my app id after adding and other configurations mentioned here (https://medium.com/story-maps-developers-corner/an-introduction-to-hosting-your-own-story-map-e2450181ad2f ; GitHub - Esri/storymap-shortlist: The Shortlist story map application template by Esri ) But at the end of the day, all i get is this: https://egis.dla-apphub.com/Shortlist/index.html . It just spins its wheels. I am more or less, looking to just share out the template so that users in our Portal site can build out their own version of the ShortList Story Map. What am i missing? I have shared it with my web app gallery and looks ready to roll but the template there won't open the builder to begin building the actual short list What am i missing? Do i need to insert a portal based sharing url in the config options? Do i need to insert updated parth for the pathJSAPI? Any help is appreciated.

Greetings, Love you draw tool and would love to use in for other apps in our AGOL account. My question is, i currently have it hosted on my Portal account through use of this workflow(Add custom widgets—Portal for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Enterprise ). However, there seems to be a hiccup when trying to add this into AGOL. Now from what i have read, i can deploy it via Web AppBuilder Developer Edition but then in that case, the widget will only be hosted on a local machine and not at an organizational account. Any thoughts or work arounds on how one would actually try and share this tool in AGOL organizational environment. Raoul
