Hello Raelyn, Per my answer to Alec, I ended up hiring someone to write some Python code for me. Not sure that helps, but there it is. 😕

Hello Alec, I did! I hired a python programmer to write some code for me. He said it was fairly straight forward, but we are having issues with folks not entering in the exact same unique ID in Monday.com to make sure things get ported over correctly. I hope that helps.

Okay, I think I figured out a different path. Here's what I am going to do: I will upload the PDFs into folders in my AGOL account. I have created a few groups to organize the content. I'll share the content to each appropriate Group. Then I'm just creating a page on Experience with links to those groups. Phew! I hope that works.

Hello, I looked around a bit, but I couldn't find any mention of a folder widget. Is there one? It is so basic I am missing it? Here's the scenario: We have security folks who are using Survey123 to fill out their daily logs and incident reports. Through automations on Make.com, these surveys are used to create PDF reports that get dumped in a Dropbox folder. I could dump there somewhere else. And even upload them manually back into ArcGIS Online. I don't care where they reside, but I do want to be able to show them as a list or folder view or something in a "Security Center" I've built using Experience Builder. At the moment, I can show the raw data in our experience using the Table widget. But the users don't want the raw data. They want the PDFs that get sent out via email as well, but they want to see the PDFs all in one place. Should I use the List widget or the Embed widget? The Embed widget seems to require an actual website. Or is there somewhere on AGOL that I could store stuff that would be accessible to my Group via an embedded link? Thanks in advance for any clues...

That's odd. Hmm, could you use the position field to filter out what you need?

Hello Everyone, I have created a somewhat complicated survey form for a security department. It records daily logs and incident logs for each security personnel. Two reports are generated from each submittal - a daily log report and none to several incident reports (if there were any incidents). The incident reports can be rather involved and sometimes they require follow up and/or changes. The reports are auto-generated once submitted and they are emailed to the security supervisor. However, when there is a changed made, there is no way to know what data as be changed on the report itself (unless then compare the two). Is there any way to highlighted changed values in a report?

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure, but maybe you need the repeat tag added before the repeat field? So, something like what you have in your first table, but just in that cell? Something like ${#employees}${employee_name}? Good luck!

What an excellent idea! I was going to separate out the CSV into a bunch of smaller files, but that should work! I'll report back once I get a chance to test it out. Thanks!

Hello Everyone, I know I should be able to figure this one out, but I'm stumped. I have a vegetation to fuel model crosswalk that has several columns of information that ultimate lead to a fuel model assignment. I have this as a CSV file. I would like to have our field surveys be able to fill out a survey with the information in the columns presented as a question. Once each question is answered, the corresponding fuel model assignment should be calculated based on that CSV file. My problem is, as far as I can tell, the pulldata function only works on one column of data at a time to do the matching. But I need several columns of data to match in order to arrive at the right fuel model assignment. I've attached both my test form and the CSV file. Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Petronila

Hello, I have been tasked to integrate data in Monday.com with a feature service layer. My client wants data to flow both ways. A board on Monday.com will be populated with the attributes for all features in the feature service layer. And data from several boards in Monday.com will be added to specific features in a related table. At least, that's how we think the data will flow. I was planning to use Make.com for the integrations but I don't think it has enough widgets that will do everything I want. Has anyone ever integrated the two? Any pointers?

Personally, I would just host the videos on YouTube and put links to those videos in the 'hint' text. That way, you don't have to worry about folks having to download some massive video files that are embedded in the survey.

I'm not sure the subject line describes the problem correctly, but here's what's happening: I have a survey in which I ask: Is your mailing address the same as your property address? If they say yes, the property address field is filled with the answer they gave in the mailing address question (preceded this one). If they say no, then it just puts in that field 'Enter physical address here' (what I call filler text). When folks do the survey and answer no and then delete the filler text and enter in their physical address, sometimes it accepts what they entered. But sometimes it doesn't. It "recalculates" the field, thus resetting it back to 'Enter physical address here'. It used to seem to do it hapazardly, but now it does it all the time. At least in my last three tests, it has done it. I could just have two fields. One with the mailing address and one with the property address (as I do now), but just have the phyiscal address question come up only if they answer no (to whether it is the same as their mailing address), but then the property address will sometime be blank - which I can't have because later on, there is an application that gets filled out that needs their physical address (not their mailing address). Any suggestions? Excel sheet is attached. If I can't figure this one out, I will just put the mailing and physical addresses on the subsequent application form, but my client didn't want that since there will sometimes be blank physical addresses. Does that make sense?
