I tried it and it loaded in a second or two. geocentric datum of Australia 1194 I loaded into Map3d it was good also and exported to the attached it works in Arc Map. kmz is good on Google earth suggest you retry your export from qgis

you can use the cut polygon tool and snap to midpoints going vertical and couple of points outside to get around to the end midpoint and horizontal to the opposite midpoint & F2 dave

Alternative way is in your data table add a field such as "Edited" when you do your edit enter a X in the field. set you symbology to change the color of Edited = X to a different color than the unedited objects. At the end of a editing session you could query all edited or not edited and save the result to a new file which will carry all the data along. I'm using Map3D2014 & ArcMap10.2. dave

g you did not mention the directions. accuracy and precision? how accurate is the gps and what precision? Was the survey entered on a map set to a geo coordinate system that was good & correct for the vicinity of the properties? If you gps to within a meter is it close enough or do you need to be within a 1/4 inch? dave
