Hi Paul, Thanks for the response! I checked out the link but did not find exactly what I am looking for (or maybe I am over thinking the process). If I wanted to automate the process using an Electric Asset Package, is it required to deploy the newly created (empty) Utility Network to Portal in order to obtain ESRI's Electric Asset Package? I am under the impression that If I create an empty Utility Network (by running "Stage Utility Network" or "Create Utility Network") I can apply an Electrical Asset Package that will create the desired Assetgroups, Assettypes, etc... After I have that completed, I can then start migrating my data from a geometric network into the new model. Am I on the right path? I keep getting confused with the Asset Package part to automate the creation of Assetgroups, Assettypes, etc.... I have attached a picture of the table of contents and the attribute table of the "Electric Distribution Device" feature in a tutorial that was posted on ESRI (Get Started with the ArcGIS Utility Network | Learn ArcGIS ). My end goal would be to migrate my data into this format (similar symbology and all).

Does anyone have experience with creating a Utility Network from scratch in ArcPro 2.5? I have read through ESRI's help docs but am still a bit confused. I can perform the following but, get lost after these steps (link for reference): Configure a utility network—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation 1.) Use "Create Utility Network Tool" to stage the the utility network and create structure domain network feature classes. 2.) Use "Add Domain Network" to create the 5 empty network feature classes (electrical). After performing these steps I am not too sure how exactly the asset groups can be applied and how to populate the attribute table of the network domains. ex: "Electrical Distribution Device" table has drop downs to populate the fields but only has the option "Unknown." If anyone has a recommended workflow or any insight it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ivan Thanks for the response! Your description is accurate as to why the image is reversed and we are currently looking into acquiring SketchUp to test this out. Currently we are waiting to make the switch to Pro 2.5. I have a feeling upgrading to 2.5 and utilizing SketchUp will solve my problems. Once again, thank you for the information. I have been tasked with placing images on multipatch surfaces within Arc Pro (2.3) and I am running into some issues. The multipatch 3D layer was created in AutoCAD and brought into Arc Pro. The issues are listed below: 1.) When placing a multipatch texture, the image is reversed on the surface but not in the modify>multipatch texture pane. My way around this is adding the image again and it is then displayed correctly. Am I missing something on the initial adding of the image for it to display right the first time? 2.) I would like to split or merge some of the multipatch surfaces but when I click modify and select the desired tool, I am not able to select any surfaces. Some functions under modify seem to work, like Multipatch Texture and Vertices but the ones I need do not (Merge, Split, Divide). Maybe I am missing something simple? Any information regarding these issues would be much appreciated.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with importing multispectral reflectance maps from Pix4D into ArcMap 10.5. I seem to be having an issue with the individual bands once the reflectance maps are in ArcMap. When I import the individual reflectance maps (Blue, Green, Red, NIR, RE) it shows each of the .tif files having 2 bands associated with them. When I composite all five bands, the result is very bright colors and not the usual RGB or NIR look. When I look at the bands within the composite file there are multiple bands shown as only 1 & 2. My goal is to export the individual reflectance maps from Pix4D and make my own composite in ArcMap instead of having Micasense Atlas make the composite. I have seen a few videos of people performing this task and it seems to work fine and all appropriate bands are associated with the respected reflectance maps once imported into ArcMap or QGIS. Any help would be great, I have attached some images for reference.

Working in ArcMap 10.5 I was given two shapefiles with unknown coordinate systems (collected in the field via GPS in NJ State Plane). Since I have been told the GPS collected in NJ State Plane, I defined the projection ("Define Projection" tool) of the shapefiles to the Geographic Coordinate System "NAD 1983 (2011)." The next step I did was project the shapefiles ("Project" tool) to the Projected Coordinate System "NAD_1983_2011_StatePlane_New_Jersey_FIPS_2900_Ft_US." Everything seems to be fine, but on the bottom right hand corner it still shows decimal degrees. Does anyone have input to why this would not be changed to feet? The shapefiles are the only layers added and the layers coordinate system is also in state plane. Any info would be great.

I have been working with multispectral and RGB orthomosaic imagery in ArcMap 10.5. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to possibly automatically have shapefiles drawn around specific objects within the imagery. Doing it manually is great and all but very time consuming for large areas. Maybe there is some python scripting that can be done but, that is a little out of my expertise. I have attached an image as an example. The yellow shapefiles around the objects (2) were done manually and the goal is to make this automatically for similar objects in the imagery. Hope to hear from someone, any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using the Zonal Histogram tool recently but, It just decided to not produce a file. It is a very small amount of data I am working with and computes within seconds. I receive the message that the process is completed but no file is created. Any idea what could cause this issue, I have tried restarting everything and have no luck. I attached a screen shot of the window confirming the process being completed.

So it turns out that I was over looking the simplest of solutions and by reading your post, the answer to my question was to just run a zonal statistics table. The brain, after many hours of looking at a computer screen, can play tricks on oneself lol. The screen shot was displaying two separate dates of the same shapefile (with multiple features). They are displayed as unique values so each feature had its own NDVI value. Thanks for the response, very much appreciated.

Hello, I am working with ArcMap 10.3, and have run into an irritating issue concerning exporting data from zonal statistics. We have been making agricultural analyses of differnt farms, and have been highlighting problematic areas in the fields with polygons. We do NDVI analyses of these polygons and apply the unique values option under the symbology tab, and are then unable to export the unique values for the different polygons into a format readable by a program like Microsoft excel. Is there a workaround anyone is aware of? Ideally, we want to export the data values (see picture) relative to the different polygons into a spreadsheet for further analysis. Thanks, Mike

Dan, thanks for the reply. I do not think "Photos to Points" is what I am looking for. For what I am attempting to achieve I would need the images visible as the entire image not as points. I can georeference each image to a base map (which I have tried) however, it proves to be time consuming and quite difficult since the images aren't even in the correct orientation.
