Hello Kory, Thank you for offering to analyze my error report. I be sending them in tomorrow morning as I am currently at an airport and dealing with battery issues on my laptop. I understand how to send the error reports and have always followed every direction. I gave every detail and in the format and order needed. Though I never received a response back. Unfortunately every update has to go through the GIS lead team at my organization before it gets to stations across the country therefore I am still waiting for them to approve it so IT can give the 2.4.1 update. As soon as that get approved I will be able to get the update and the bug fixes that I need. What I still find odd is that more of my projects are refusing to open because they were supposedly made with newer versions than the one I actually created them in. I can't open my geodatabases associated with them either and so I have been just working on little things at a time in new projects and hope they also don't go missing. Thank you for you help. - Nadia

I have never seen an issue like this with ArcPro before. Every time I close my project ArcPro crashes and a window pops up saying "ArcGIS Pro has stopped working." Then it follows with a window that directs me to send an error report. The other day while I was working on a project, it crashed and then would not open. Every time I tried to open the aprx folder it says that the porject was made using a newer version of ArcPro and can't be opened on this one. I have not made it on a newer version, I created it on the version I am using now. Odd enough, none of the files or geodatabses will open now on any other blank map that I create. I have sent multiple error reports in the past and never gotten responses for them. I sent some for this issue as well but I haven't heard back at all. Which is why I'm here to ask if anyone has ever had this problem and what can I do about this? Thank you. - Nadia

I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2. I am trying to create a heat map of ponds near 16 weather stations based on data that I have that specifies a number of the weigh of how many ponds there are along a strata and density. I used a cvs table with lat and long along with densities for multiple scenarios (historical, future wet, future dry). I used the lat and long data to create points of where the weather stations are and then changed the symbology to heat map. What I am seeing however is not what I expected to see as the dense vs sparse gradient that they are showing me is not in relation to each weather station point but only by what number the weighed density was and getting lighter around the edge because there is no data in that area. I want to have a spread along a polygon for the region that the weather stations are located in and to do that I assume I have to use the Kernel density tool however when doing so, it mashes all of my points together and doesn't give us the result we want as it shows density based on the points and the no data area around it and not in relation to other points. How can I use the data that I have to show the relationship between points across a region? Thank you Nadia Noori

I have tried to compress the database twice and it failed both times. Though it said some of my layers have compressed successfully though majority has not and those include some rasters I made. This is the error it gives me on the fail message, file GpCDFCompressFGDB.cpp, line 334: Saving of data file to file geodatabase has failed (file COM_utils.cpp, line 69: Unspecified error; (code 80004005).

Hello Mr. Borchert, I have not tried to compress my geodatabase. I am unsure of how this will aid in avoiding the warning? I will start a compression right now.

Hello Mr. Kramer, thank you for your response. I am using ArcGIS pro 2.3.2 and this happens anytime I create a new map or project in any new folders. I have actually switched from a pc to a laptop and started anew though I still see this same warning. My outputs are still being generated so there isn't a problem there, though I don't think I should be seeing this warning as often as I do. I have included the screenshots and pathways below. The pathway for the output begin created: C:\Users\nnoori\Documents\NNoori_InVEST\Project\InVEST_SCGrasslandBird_2019\GB_LULC_19.gdb\stu_energy_c_Clip The warning received: WARNING 000725 Output Raster Dataset: Dataset C:\Users\nnoori\Documents\NNoori_InVEST\Project\InVEST_SCGrasslandBird_2019\GB_LULC_19.gdb\stu_energy_c_Clip already exists. Thank you!

Hello all, I keep receiving 'WARNING 000725' that states the data set I am creating already exist and what I make now will overwrite it. However I do not have an existing data set anywhere and all that I create are put in new geo-databases that doesn't have these supposed preexisting data set. I never created these layers before and I get this error almost every time I clip, reclassify or create anything really. Why do I keep receiving this warning? Thank you, Nadia

Thank you for your comment! I used the calculate statistics tool and was able to retrieve the values from the original raster.

Hello, I have been trying to clip a habitat quality raster to a county boundary, however every time I attempt this the output generates a different raster than the one I choose. None of the details or features of the original raster are included. I have tried to use extract by mask tool and clip in data management, however they both give me the same outputs. This is the raster I want to clip: This is the feature I am using to clip the raster: This is the output after the clip tool is executed: As you can see, the clipped raster looks nothing like my original raster: How can I clip my raster to retain its details in the output result? Thank you! - Nadia Noori

Hello all, Recently I have been facing a couple problems with ArcGIS Pro. Of the many is this, whenever I try to open a project file that I have opened and worked on many times before, a window popps up and says it failed to open the file. However if I go to the project file myself in windows explorer and click on the '.aprx' file directly, it opens up just fine. Why is the shortcut not finding the location of the file even though the pathway is correct? Thank you! - Nadia Noori
