It was definitely a projection issue... specifically the order which I projected then interpolated... but I'm still unclear as to why the output would be so completely outside of the mask? Thanks for the suggestions.

Not sure what your confusion is? The screenshot shows a massive area included in the output (the big black area) that is outside the environment raster mask (outlined in red)... I have used a raster mask many times with kernel density successfully... I'm asking for information why the output would extend beyond the mask?

I've run the Kernel Density tool a bunch of times with the Raster Mask set to a specific layer in the Environments settings yet my output continues to extend beyond the mask. My troubleshooting has led nowhere (see gis.stackexchange question)... Any ideas as to why my kernel density output would produce such weird behavior? See below screenshot, raster mask outlined in red...

Exact same problem here... Pro was great for the first week... then as project accumulated maps and layers loading was prohibitively long to the point I had to move back to ArcMap. Really horrible and disappointing.

I am trying to accomplish the same thing as the person in this question: https://community.esri.com/thread/181412-same-color-scale-symbology-for-multiple-rasters in PRO... Is this functionality available in ArcGIS PRO?

I have a raster layer where the values diverge from zero but are skewed. I'd like to set the critical break point at zero and according to this help page you can do it on graduated color symbology. However, with my raster layer, whenever I try to set the class break options the Set Critical Break choice is grayed out. I know I'm missing something here... any ideas? Or any links to a step-by-step tutorial on this?

Agreed, it's really the common tasks that were consistently instantaneous for years in ArcMap that all of the sudden are slow in Pro. This is really a spit in the face to end-users.

I'm using the Bearing Distance to Line tool in ArcPro 2.1 with a small dataset of 7 observations. The Lat/Long data is from 7 different points around marine areas surrounding the U.S. but despite the data showing different Lat/Long locations, the output has all lines originating from a single point. Also, the lines' origin is not even one of the Lat/Long points in the table. Anyone know what's wrong here?

I think I was just overthinking it... here's what I did to get my desired result (see image): 1. Select the single feature created from the multi-ring buffer tool. 2. Use the Split tool to separate the coast from the interior. 3. Use the Explode editing tool to separate all the parts into different features. 4. Use the Merge editing tool to group the desired features into a single feature.

Sorry, to clarify the ring polygon is a single feature... is it necessary for me to explode it in order to get my desired result?

I have an inner ring produced from a negative buffer on a multipart polygon (Virginia, USA). I would like to create a "coastal strip" polygon by using the split tool. However, when I use the split tool it excludes the Eastern Shore area (to the east) even if I draw the split around the region (red line from first image below). If there a way to include this portion in my feature split without having to do an Explode to Merge geoprocess? This is my result... can I split and still include the separated portion to the right?

OK, got it now... I was mistakenly referring back to already existing projects instead of loading up a new test project. They are now persisting and giving me the direct access functionality I was looking for. Thanks for your patience.
