Hi Jon, Your initial tests are clearly showing truncation to intergers or string. You could try parsing as a float parseFloat("1.1200") and see if that has any impact on the value. Probably not the most graceful suggestion, but I would agree that one way of testing the issue would be to set the input parameters as String and convert that String to a float or decimal (How do I convert a string to a double in Python? - Stack Overflow ) within your initial tool.

Glad to hear you solved the issue. Could you post the solution so others will benefit when they look at this in the future? An onclick event can be done in a number of ways. I've highlighted two of the simplest below. 1) in the HTML - W3School <button onclick="myFunction()">Click me</button> 2) using an dojo on click event - Working with events | Guide | ArcGIS API for JavaScript map.on("click", myClickHandler); OR some thing like the following. registry.byId("zoomprev").on("click", function () { // do what you want here. });

Your limitations are going to be 1) The limit of returned features.You can change this in the service settings 2) Your infrastructure. I.e how fast everything communicates 3) Sometimes the CORS method causes issues and you may need to use a proxy. Check your feature limitation first. You should have no trouble querying 5000 features. One other point - You may want to introduce a character limit before the autocomplete starts to query. Your users are unlikely to need the first two characters. for example - $("#tags").autocomplete({ // set the source as the availble tags above source: availableTags, minLength: 3 });

Good luck with it. Maybe post your findings on here or link a github source so others can benefit? The 3rd option will require HTML and the right kind of browser.

Ok... firstly this code needs a tidy up! Split out your code and use standards, otherwise know one will want to read it and help you. I've played around and improved the structure. I don't seem to be getting any TypeErrors

Hi Corbin de Bruin, an interesting idea! I've never seen it done myself. I suspect what you will need to do is utilise a graphic of some sort (or a feature service). Thinking out loud here - 1) maybe pre build you points at intervals and run a query task using the video intervals as query markers? for time in video interval run query task return point 2) Perhaps a time enabled layer? The link below takes you to samples using a slider. However you could potentially modify this. Time Samples | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3) This sample using polygon layers changes renders SVG and CSS Transitions | ArcGIS API for JavaScript

Hi Alex, It seems the groups have moved and the posted blog may have been lost. I'm enquiring about its recovery. As to the WKID issue i would make sure your map WKID and service WKID match. You suggested about the selectCountry variable being empty. Perform a check on it before it executes the task.

unfortunately you cant create a table within the UI of the GP tool. You could possibly try that using an external UI module like PyQT. Another option maybe to fill out a combo box

The "in_memory" location within python or model builder has some limitations which can be found in the help files. It is generally recommended that you use the in_memory database for small amounts of data. Using it to store big datasets will destroy your system performance. Once the process has finished (and closed) the temporary data should be deleted. I use "in_memory" most of the time as its far quicker than writing everything to disk.
