Thank you for the response. So the script is for Pro, but will display all services used by an online map? Is this correct?

Clay, Thank you for the reply. My knowledge of coding is very limited, so I am slightly confused. How would I input this python script into my ArcGIS online, in order to show which services are unused within my content?

My organization has a large amount of layers that are unused in either maps or applications. While there is also a large amount that are used within maps and apps, it seems it will be tedious to go through each map and app, see which layers are being used, and then search through all the layers to deleted the unused layers. Is there a more efficient way to delete all the layers/data that isn't being used in a map or app? Thank you!

I am having problems with PDFs not loading correctly from map pop-ups within storymaps (new version). My users are able to click into pop-ups, and when they click the link, it brings them to a loaded white, blank page. When I click on them from the map page, it works fine, but when I (or my users) click on them from the storymap, they do not show up properly. I just get a blank white screen with the URL at the top. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

By depicting changes throughout time, for example, I would like to show the changes in drought conditions (with polygons) year by year. I have been utilizing the time function in ArcGIS Pro (by accessing time features through the properties tab) but I always run into problems. I feel it is fairly problematic and difficult to work with (when it shouldn't be), as well as I feel that unless I have an excess amount of values, the changes are not "smooth," if that makes sense (sometimes data disappears for example). Is there a better way to depict changes throughout a period of time that others are using? I see better and "smoother" examples in in the living atlas, and I am wondering if people are using different approaches or if I am doing something wrong.

I have geocoded the points and have utilized a spatial join. It seems to only have data from one year or one set of values because when I use the time slider, all the data is absent besides for the last year,

Can I do a spatial join with a table to a county polygon layer? I don't see the option. All I see for the target and join features are layers within my maps.

I'm not sure I am asking the question correctly, so I will describe my situation. I have a polygon boundary layer with 64 Colorado counties. I also have a CSV with roughly a thousand (1,000) rows that describe drought data for each county along with dates. So it shows changes in drought conditions per county by year from 2000-2019. I would like to show on a map changes in drought conditions as time progresses, and I can do this by geocoding the table, symbolizing the point centroids with graduated colors, and then using the time slider feature in ArcMap Pro. However, because I am using geocoding, these depicts points, but I would prefer to show the county polygons with colors. I am having trouble because since there is only 64 counties, and 1,000+ records, I cannot use the join tool. Is there another way to join, or combine all my data with the polygon shapefiles so I can depict change in drought conditions by colors of polygons (instead of points centroids)? Thanks!

Hi Rachel, I am using a Dell Precision 3520 with a HD 1366x768 resolution. I am using Chrome on windows. I have sent the story map beta to colleagues who have apple mac books, and they have opened it on chrome and safari, and they still get the same popup problem.

I have maps within apps that are embedded into a Storymap beta, but my pop-ups are not popping up correctly. After trial and error, I believe this is because of the map size setting within the story map and/or the size of the screen I am using. When I use a small screen (15 inch laptop) or a small map setting, pop-ups do not pop up.When I refer to the map size setting, I am referring to the option of making the map different sizes after I embed it into the story map. When I use my large monitor, the pop-ups only pop up when I use the large size map setting, like this: When I use a smaller map setting (on my large monitor), the pop-up does not pop up, but only gives me the option to click on an arrow: The arrow brings me to this pop up window: When I use my laptop screen, even if I use the large (or small) map setting size (on story maps), the pop-up does not pop up, but only gives me the option to click on the arrow. Is there a way to fix this? I am making a product for general public users, who will most likely be using it with laptops, and not large monitors. I would like them to see the pop-up automatically, without have to click the arrow, which defeats the purpose of a pop-up. Thanks you Esri community!
