I'm trying to Add a Hosted Feature Service to a Map. This FS is hosted outside of my organization and is shared with me. I could add this layer to a project in the past, and everything worked perfectly fine. It opens in a map viewer correctly from AGOL. If I try to open it in ArcGIS Desktop from AGOL I get a Failed to Add data Error: code:403. If I try to open the layer from My Content -> My Groups in Pro I get the same error. If I try using the URL same thing. The sharing preference look fine. Nothing has changed on my end since the last time this worked. Did something change in the last month that I'm missing?

Does anyone know if there is a way to show a list in Operations Dashboard based on the most recent time an asset was visited? Example ArcGIS Dashboards Say I was using Survey123 to do a hydrant inspection. I do my inspection and mark the hydrant as inoperable and list the problems. Now I have 8 Hydrants that are "Inoperable Hydrants". The next time I go back, I fix the hydrant and then re-inspect. Now I create a new record because I'm doing a new inspection and I mark the new survey as operable. So I have 2 records one from the past where the hydrant was inoperable and a new one saying it is now operable. How can I see that update in the dashboard without having to go back and change my initial inoperable record? The main issue is we want to preserve the history of the asset so we know when it was inoperable, but we want the dashboard to show the most recent status. Thanks Coop

I agree. It would be great directly in the dashboard.

I'm collecting snow and snow water equivalent via Survey123 in the field and have it in a feature layer. I'm trying to show this information on a bar graph. Since this data only has one collection date/time I'm running into trouble with the display. If I set the Category Field to the {observation date/time} and the Minimum Period to Day I get a graph that looks the way I want with the snow as one bar and the water as another (see attachment). The problem is if I mouse over the graph I get the date and the time as (3/28/18, 12:00 AM), so I can't see the exact collection time. If I set the Minimum Period to Minutes the bars overlap and it doesn't look very good. I've messed with the Line Thickness and Opacity and still can't style it very well. My questions are: 1) Is there an easy way to deal with this in the settings in the dasdboard? 2) Is there a way to make a graph with 2 different time categories (ie: If I just write a formula to add a minute onto the water collection in Survey123, which is pretty easy to do, can i then graph both the snow and the water on the same graph? I have tried everything and can't find a way to get two different time/dates on one graph? 3) Has anyone tried to make time series graphs in Operations dashboard by stacking graphs? 4) Anyone have a better idea? I'd rather not use javascript, but it may be the only option for stuff like this. Coop
