Hello, I am trying to add range to the legend in Pro for the data I am working on; but don't see any options to manipulate the legend, except for the manual editing of the legend. In ArcMap this was the default for most data displayed in layout and legend. The data I am working on is annual income by county. I have attached ArcMap and Pro legend images. I would appreciate any help in this matter. Mehrshad

The impending decommission of Adobe Flash products at federal agencies requires a secure and easy to implement alternative for current mapping applications. The ESRI ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder platforms provide viable replacements, allowing the federal agencies to reproduce their Flash-built applications in a more secure environment, while improving functionality and adding user tools. ArcGIS platform also demonstrates its “out of the box” functionality, allowing non-developers to produce meaningful map applications.

Hi all, Currently, I am running Flexviewer 3.1 with cached map services using ArcGIS server 10.0, and my identifier popups work. When I transfer the same cache/maps services to ArcGIS server 10.2.2., and test the Flexviewer, the popups sometimes work and sometimes they don't work. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I appreciate any advice. Thanks Mehrshad

Anthony, Thanks for your reply and sorry about the late reply! Yes, I do have full access and permission on the server. My gdb is also registered with the server. I don't have any issues publishing services to 10.1 server, only 10.2.2 that has these problems. The same issue appears when publishing from 10.2.2 desktop to 10.2.2 server. Regards. Mehrshad

Hi All, I need help figuring out why my publishing efforts fail. I have used the same Python script on my desktop and published many service definitions. Now, I am working in a virtual desktop environment (Citrix XenApp) using ArcGIS 10.1 and trying to publish a service definition using Python script from ArcMap and getting the following errors: Runtime error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 12, in <module> File "c:\program files (x86)\arcgis\desktop10.1\arcpy\arcpy\utils.py", line 181, in fn_return fn(*args, **kw) File "c:\program files (x86)\arcgis\desktop10.1\arcpy\arcpy\mapping.py", line 382, in CreateMapSDDraft return convertArcObjectToPythonObject(arcgisscripting._createMapSDDraft(*gp_fixargs([map_document, out_sddraft, service_name, server_type, connection_file_path, copy_data_to_server, folder_name, summary, tags], True, False))) ValueError: H:\FolderRedir\Win2008TA\Application Data\ESRI\Desktop10.1\ArcCatalog rcgis on geo002app.boc.ad.census.gov_6080 (publisher).ag The H is my virtual desktop drive. I am also attaching my script to this request. I would be grateful if anyone can help. Thanks, Mehrshad, U.S. Census Bureau

Hi, I am trying to run an arcpy script on JoinField to join a feature class and a standalone table. The model runs the process rather quickly, but the script takes a long time to complete! Is there a way to have the script run at least as fast as the ModelBuilder? here is the script: import arcpy >>> from arcpy import env >>> env.workspace = 'C:\\WorkSpace\\sahie\\sahie.gdb' >>> cnty06 = 'C:\\WorkSpace\\sahie\\sahie.gdb\\cnty06' >>> co06 = 'C:\\WorkSpace\\sahie\\sahie.gdb\\co06' >>> >>> arcpy.JoinField_management(cnty06,"GEO_ID",co06,"stcou","")

I am using the thematic query widget for 30 map services. Everything works great except for when scrolling up/down, the radio buttons turn on - but not activated ! And, only the original map selection is active and displaying. Has anyone seen this before? I would appreciate any suggestions that may take care of this problem. Mehrshad
