That header section is called global navigation and was added last year to help improve site navigation. In the 'Get Started' section of the Global Navigation: New Ways to Get Around and Brand your Sites with ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Enterprise Sites article they highlight how to turn on/off the global navigation. Sign in to hub.arcgis.com or your organization’s Portal. Open your site in edit mode Open the Customize panel. Click Settings. Click Capabilities. Click to toggle On/Off Global Navigation. Click Save. Michelle geojobe.com

Hi Arthur, Your volunteers will need ArcGIS Online user accounts in order to access the survey. The survey will also have to be shared to your organization (or a specific group with those users). Sharing the survey publicly removes the need to sign-in when accessing it. Here are some resources that may help you further: Survey123 for ArcGIS: Frequently asked questions Securing data in public surveys (Survey123 web designer) If that doesn't answer your question I would recommend posting you question to the ArcGIS Survey123 community to get more eyes on your question. Hi VijayaNagaraju.Y, That's great that you were able to verify all those requirements are met. I know they are things that can easily be missed when getting things set-up. I am a fellow ArcGIS user like yourself just trying to point people in the right direction on GeoNet. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to Esri Support to get a case started and see what they say while you wait to see if anyone else can help here on GeoNet. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

Something that may help people with responses to your question: What kind of testing are you looking to do? There aren't many tools readily available for testing applications in Portal or ArcGIS Online. You could write test cases (or hire a consultant like GEO Jobe to write them) based on your applications and the specific use cases. You could also look at getting users to test the application to get get feedback on user experience. A few resources that you may find helpful in the mean time are: Best practices for unit testing Automated Testing of Web Mapping Applications Javascript Applications for the Enterprise: Test More, Work Less Providing more information on the testing you are looking to do will help with responses but you can also try posting you question to the ArcGIS Configurable Apps, Applications, or Developer Communities communities to get more eyes on your question. Admin Tools for Portal has tools to help with that exact case (and many other admin tasks)! You can find out more information in this article on how Admin Tools for Portal helps Migrate Users in ArcGIS Online or Portal to Active Directory Users. Admin Tools also has a tool to update items owner and this can be done in bulk for all items one user owns and moved to anther user. Outside of Admin Tools though you would have to do these item owner updates manually or through a custom developed script. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

I would start by making sure all the requirements for the validation capability are met. From the Additional Layers and Capabilities help documentation for ArcGIS Pro: To enable the Validation capability, the following requirements must be met: The map image layer must reference registered data. An associated feature layer must be included. The source of the layer must be branch versioned and accessed as the data owner. The registered workspace referenced by the map image layer must be set to branch in the database connection. If the issues isn't resolved after confirming those requirements are met, I would update your other postings of this question so people can provide more targeted feedback. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

Here is the information on accessing 'ArcGIS Pro for Learn ArcGIS members'. If you (or your organization) have purchased licensing for ArcGIS Pro you can find the installation files in MyEsri for download, here are instructions to 'Download, install, and authorize'. If you have licensing as part of a MOOC, the instructions are included in the first section of the course. You will not be able to download or install ArcGIS Pro until the course opens. FAQ for the MOOCs can be found here. If that doesn't answer your question I would recommend posting you question to the Learn ArcGIS community to get more eyes on your question. Not necessarily. The issue you were running into was functions to make edits on services, not local data, and referencing services in the script. Those resources I provided where to help with the python functions for both as it is a bit different than working with local tasks and data. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

A great option for this would be to put your transportation layers into a map and use Web AppBuilder with the near me widget. Here is the documentation on the widget and steps to configure it further, Near Me. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

Using local paths on your machine isn't going to work in the tool in Web AppBuilder or ArcGIS Online as they are not connecting to your local machine. You need to be referencing the REST endpoint/hosted feature layer URL of the output layer in order for the tool to write to that layer. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

Looking at the image you posted while I see the name of the layer I'm not seeing a full reference path like 'C:\Data\...' or 'https://www.testmaps.myorg.com/...'. It looks like you are referencing a local dataset instead of the hosted service in ArcGIS Online that you are trying to write to. I would start by trying changes there and specifying the output location for where you want it to be. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

You mentioned that it works when you run the tool in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro. Was the tool being run from a local copy of the feature class or the feature layer/service? Is the tool set up to use the feature service that you are trying to write to and not a local copy of the data? Without seeing the script this would be the first thing I would think of causing the problem. If you can post a copy it would help to pinpoint errors. I would recommend posting your question to the Python community to help get more eyes on your question. This group is for the product Admin Tools by GEO Jobe. Thanks, Michelle geojobe.com

You need to configure your ArcGIS Server domain and make sure that you have configured the Web Adaptor. Since you are using ArcGIS Online, don't worry about the Portal part as you don't have the licensing to fully set it up. While you should have a CA signed certificate for the domain you can use a self-signed if needed. Here are some resources from Esri's documentation to help you with the Web Adaptor and domain configuration: An overview of implementing ArcGIS Web Adaptor with a server site Enabling SSL using a new CA-signed certificate Configure ArcGIS Server with a new CA-signed certificate Understand SSL Certificates for ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS If those resources don't help, I would recommend posting your question to the ArcGIS Enterprise community to help get more eyes on your question.
