Have you figured this out? I think I'm trying to do the same thing that you were within my indicator in my dashboard. My use case is as such: When selected a county from a list of counties, the indicator filters the sum of the acres of the parcels in question for that county. I want it to read "[# of acres] within [SELECTED COUNTY]". I can obviously get the number of acres very easily, but is there a way for the [SELECTED COUNTY] text to change dynamically based on the filter?

I apologize if this question has already been posed - I don't even know how to search it to find out... I am trying to create a summary report based on a certain field, and would like to have that value referenced in the title. More specifically: I have a survey based on depositions taken by our attorneys. I would like to create a summary report for all of the depositions taken from Mr. Smith. So I filter by "Name is Mr. Smith" within the Survey123 website for which records to run the report on. I understand how to list all of the data with repeats within the report, but I can't figure out how to get the title to say "Deposition Report Summary - Mr. Smith", with the "Mr. Smith" part being pulled from the survey, so that it is dynamic for when I need to run it on "Mrs. Gardner" and "John Doe", later. I hope that makes sense. Basically, how do I pull the value from just one of the records (since they should all be the same).

Hi there, I'm trying to create a tabbed map view as is seen on this website (that I manage). However, I would like one of the tabs to be a map, and the other to be a dashboard. Is this possible? Code for that map is below. Maybe this isn't the right template to use? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! <html>

Hello, I am creating a number of Field Maps for various users and have run into a functionality question that I can't seem to find the answer to. The people who use these maps are often in areas where this is poor cell signal, so they need offline mapping capabilities. However, sometimes they are in town and would like the option to have "online" maps so they can more easily switch basemaps and see updates in real time. Can they switch between the two? Or do I need a separate map for online vs. offline mapping? Thanks, Michelle

Overall, great addition. I'm having a weird issue where one of my slides isn't showing up when I have the StoryMap access through a Hub site. When I look at the StoryMap, there's a "fade" feature that shows up between the 4th and 5th slides (picture below), which I have a feeling might be the issue. I'm not sure how it got there, and I can't seem to remove it. Here is the StoryMap with 5 slides, and here is the Hub site displaying only 4. Both are shared publicly. Also, the first 4, functioning slides are maps, and the 5th is an image.

Hi Phil, I have a related question: Somebody in my organization created a survey using the Web Designer. He then needed some functionality that he was unable to perform (in particular, creating a webhook to automate an email process), so I took ownership of his survey and the related feature classes so that I could edit and access the survey. However, in trying to publish the edits, I am unable to do so because the original folder is in his account. Is there a way to change that WITHOUT using Connect? I'm trying to keep the design edits on the web if at all possible. Thanks! Michelle

Hi, I'm trying to create a feature report for Survey123 where the survey populates an existing form format. In that format, the text reads: "Signed on this ____ day of _______, 20__." Is there a way to include the month in that blank as a text field of the actual month, without 12 different conditional statements? Thanks!

Thanks Scott, that seemed to have been the issue. You would think that the three of our combined years/decades of experience that we would have been able to figure it out.

I am currently working on a wildfire and my colleagues and I have all had the same issue with the explode tool. After using the tool, the exploded parts become unselectable. The problem resolves itself after saving the edits and restarting Pro, but that isn't much of a solution. The bug has been observed on both lines and polygons and both shapefiles and file geodatabases.

I'm going to do my best to explain what I'd like to do. I don't even know if it's possible, but if anybody has a script or any insights, I'd really appreciate it: I am making a Survey123 to work in conjunction with a Collector map so that our employee can go to a property and, based on where he is standing, click that parcel, which will provide a link to open a Survey123 that gets prepopulated with some of the parcel data using the URL. What I'd like to do is: when he is done with the survey, a field in the Parcel layer (in the Collector map) changes to reflect that he has completed that parcel, and the symbology would then change from red to green. Please let me know if that doesn't make sense and I'll do my best to clarify. Thank you in advance! Michelle

I'm trying to figure out effectively use the Sentinel-2 Imagery view layers from the AGOL Living Atlas in ArcGIS Pro. How do you view different dates of imagery? I've tried turning off the default filter and then filtering by the acquisition date being after a certain date, but it seems that the most recent images are from 2018, which doesn't seem right. Especially because when I use the Explore tool on the default view, it tells me that the imagery is from June 14, 2020. I've also tried enabling the Time setting of the layer to get the time slider, but again, it ends in 2018. Any suggestions? Thanks, Michelle

Hi Jim, I'm wondering if you could help me with my very similar problem. The difference is that I'm pulling the date from a .csv file associated with the survey. The two fields are as follows: I've looked around at the solutions you listed above, but I can't seem to get any of it to work. Any insight would be greatly appreicated. Thanks, Michelle

I have created a report template for a Survey123 form that references a web map that I have created in order to print the map with some additional layers and custom symbology. The reports have run well from my own account/test surveys. However, when I try to print a report that somebody else in my org submitted, the process times out and I get an error saying Failed to print map for ${property_location|mapSettings:"[map id number]":145000}. Navigation Timeout Exceeded: 180000ms exceeded. The map referenced is currently set to Everybody for sharing permissions, and the point from the submitted survey in question does show up on the map. I'm at a loss. ***UPDATE*** I was able to get the map to print, but only after going to the web map and moving the location of the point in question. This doesn't seem like a real solution, but I guess it's an ok work-around.
